I have little message to pass accross to the Muslims here. Let me remind you people that when Boko Haram first came,they were killing only Christians. Most churches were attacked on Sundays and killing of Christians comming from churches. We all know over 80% Muslims kept mute when this happened. No Muslims,muric or whatsoever came out to condemn Boko Haram killings. Now things have back fire on them. Boko Haram started killing Muslims and they are now saying Boko Haram are not Muslims. Now Boko Haram are now bombing people in mosque and Muslims are now condemning Boko Haram. When Boko Haram no see Christians kill again,now they turn against their Muslim people.
Had it been Muslims had initially joined hand with Christians to condemn the killings by Boko Haram,it would not have gotten to this level.
Now again, Boko Haram turned fulanis are killing only the Christians and no Muslims see this as evil. Muslims like Buhari and others are claiming they are not fulanis. They are saying where will fulani get Ak47. If the fulanis killed those people finish and there are no people to kill again,they will turn back against their Muslim fellows. It is that time u will hear all of them saying the fulanis are killing Muslims too.
Let me stop here.

First of all dis is in no way trying to spoil anybody biz,but nw we live in a country whr data price is going the direction of fuel price stuff(if u understand what I mean).I did my research and found out when I sub from data resellers and download a file of let's say 500mb,a total of almost 1gb or more than will be zapped from my remaining data.But if I do a a normal sub from mtn and download a file of 7mb file I would be charged let's say 7mb or almost 8mb from my data.So I tried to download when my sub was almost up from my data resellers bundle(mb).And I downloaded a file of 6mb and to my surprise almost 12mb was zapped from my mb.So guys my advice is to sub directly from ur mtn mb subscription menu.But dis is jst my opinion sha,commenter mk una look into d matter 4 me.

Stop buying data share especially mtn. I bought mtn data share of 1gb from mtn office. No download or video streaming but only lite browsing. The data finished in a week. No even alert to inform me that I have low data.

It was a good idea that naval officers refused to come there. If not there will me more casualties. If naval attempt to resist this guys,they mite kill over 200 people. Naval deliberately refused to come to avoid more casualties. That is what I guess because I don't believe this is an ordinary robbery. This is a case of terrorism.

Yesterday was an awful day for indigenes and residents of Offa town in Kwara State after daredevil armed robberies attacked the police station killing policemen before storming banks in the town, killing people indiscriminately and carting away huge sums of money with little resistance from security forces.

As bad as the bank robbery was in Offa yesterday, the shocking thing is that a similar kind of robbery happened in Iwo, a town in neighbouring Osun state on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

The Daily Trust reported the robbery back then:

“Four policemen were killed by a gang of armed robbers that attacked some commercial banks in Iwo, Osun State on Tuesday while one of the armed robbers was killed by policemen.

“The heavily armed robbers invade Iwo and robbed three banks located opposite the campus of Bowen University and carted huge sum of money away.

“Eyewitnesses told Daily Trust that the armed robbers used explosives to break in to the banks during the robbery operation that lasted for about 50 minutes.

“It was gathered that before they robbed the banks, the armed robbers first attacked the Divisional Police Headquarters in the town and destroyed the Police Armoured Personnel Carrier vehicle.

“Two civilian and a staff of one of the banks sustained injury during the incident.

“Residents of Iwo described the incident as very pathetic and unfortunate.”

This is becoming a worrisome trend and the police has to find better ways of gathering intelligence with a SWOT analysis of each police station or post done to identify immediate and remote threats. Their weaknesses should be fixed, threats identified ahead of time and then properly addressed.

State governments also have to do more to help improve security in major towns not just state capitals. Banks are central to economic activity and a situation where they cannot provide services because of fear of armed robbers hampers economic growth. This is not the first time a major bank robbery is happening in Offa. As a result, it and adjoining towns are not enjoying the presence of as many banks as they would without such robberies. A similar robbery took place in 2013 with many lives lost.

The federal government has to do more to equip the police and other security agencies while the proliferation of arms in the country has to be addressed frontally. Current efforts in this regard have to be improved to make them more effective.

Of course, those behind these dastardly robberies should be apprehended and duly prosecuted in court to serve as some measure of deterrent to others. This negative trend should not be added to the plethora of security issues facing the country.

To me, I don't think professional armed robbers kill people just like that unless there is resistant from the community youth or the police which can cause provocation.

Some security operatives are master planner of this robbery. This also involved some indegen of the town who knows Offa very well.
The Olofa have done so well to prevent the reoccurrence of the robbery in Offa. I was told he supplied the police with Hilux and fortified them and the vigilantes.
For God sake, where were the vigilantes in Offa Town?

God will never make us and our family members to me a victim of this. My advise is whenever anyone finds himself or herself in this kind of dangerous situation, wether inside the banking hall or outside. Do not risk it by running away unless u are sure u are in a safe place. It is 70% saver to lie down and your face to the ground. A flying bullet will never come down to hit u on the ground. An armed robbers respects it if u do this.They will never shoot unless u provoke them. To lie down,an armed robber can never recognize u.
