Replace Borno with Gombe, Southern Gombe are Obidient. Borno Christians are still sleeping. Though there are handful of active Obidients there. I even met one Obidient in Gwoza early today morning. There are more die hard Obidients in Adamawa than Borno.

Its not just about low turnout..
Ekiti is the least populated state in the country.. Even Bayelsa with just 8LGAs has more voter registration than them. They are the only state that doesn't have up to a million voter registers..
