I had a good weekend with a lot of practices. It was awesome practicing what I've learnt over and over again.

Yesterday, I started learning Flexbox and I didn't have any difficulty adapting to it. Today till Wednesday will be for practicing Flexbox using some ideas that came to me and some websites too.

Also, I'll get my hands on Grid. It's been a fast and effective learning process because my busin6gives me a lot of time and since I work from home, I am always on system learning and learning.

Before heading to JavaScript, I plan to build two or three websites with just HTML5 and CSS.

After that, I can proceed to JavaScript.

How I wish that I took this serious in 2018 when I started, I would have gone far, who knows..

But, I'm here now and won't back off again

How is your web development going

Increasingly, it seems it is only the diaspora or those from very comfortable backgrounds that gets successful.

Of coz, that is probably because they have the resources at their disposal to present a much more brilliant and well informed proposal which is truly investors oriented.

Or it could be, that they are the sons and daughters of the judges colleagues or circles.
The episode of the coupin app guys were absolutely ridiculous.

Whatever is the case, the show remains very educative especially for the business inclined or entrepreneurial or fresh graduate seeking to work in a role that requires appraising to make decisions.

Whatever is the case, people can learn that presentation trumps contents and even if you have a fantastic business idea, if you are not coherent or confident, it will be much struggle.

Your first paragraph
My thought is entrepreneurship is something that is learnt or you have guidance from experienced people. It looks like it's only well to do people that comes for the show because those well to do people understand investment

Most entrepreneurs in Nigeria started because no job and we don't understand that every business needs investment

The show is really educative in the sense that it gives you an idea what investors look out for if they want to invest in your business

Nigeria under on going colonial rule from Europe has been running beast mode ever since Terrorists were declared civil servants.
The message from our colonial masters is clear, you can either take the poison injection, or die at the hands of hers men, Bandits , Boko Haram, Iswap which are all civil servants of the European colonial order running Nigeria.

When you realise Nigeria is not just run by any European , but by very very racist Europeans, everything happening Nigeria suddenly makes sense, and you can better plan ahead cause you know our enemies or take Nigeria from bad to worse and worse than that.

When i was growing up, All of the companies and business men whose business model was based on Nigeria progressing , they went broke, all those who did manufacturing instead of importing , they lost their shirts.

Very valid points thats why we needs intelligent leaders in this country

Wow!
I love this bro.
This state of mind is something called "matching the vibration of your desires", "vibration matching", or what they call the "Be-Do-Have" model.
It's a way of hacking reality to give you what you want, such that by behaving as if you already have what you desire in life, it will indeed come to reality.
Personally I have experienced the result of having such a mindset, and I hope to do more of it in the coming year smiley

You need to it works I have my own experience too.

OP, experience will help me advice you properly.

I had a moniker that was banned in which I posted a similar problem I had in 2019. I wrongly allowed nairaland females make me feel I was being too much of a dictator by worrying over a harmless gift.

Stamp your foot down now and stand against this nonsense. Don’t even leave room for explanation trust me. If you need to drop her off at her father’s house just to prove a point then do so!

Your mental health will never be the same if you docilely let this slide!

Please if you can explain how it affected your relationship so we can learn

If I must be honest with you, all of these things are easy theoretically, but practicing them to get the desired result is where the issue is.

My one cent though.

PS: I'm no pessimist but a realist who believes that you must spend money and work hard and/or smart to make money. It is doable, and I am on the path of doing it. A few more weeks and I'll be back with updates.

I was once like you in owerri when my friend used to tell me about this business i was always told him its a lie
but lo and behold i'm into this business now ive made over 3m in 5 months in this business. its actually called local dropshipping and it can change your story.

She was there during my hard times now she will enjoy the good times with me embarassed, you think women are logical beings who will treat life process like you and give a fvck about the past LMFAO grin cheesy, dummy, remember briffaults law, Hypergamy doesn't care about what you offered ( relational equity), empower a woman and you shoot yourself in the foot

Moral lesson
Learn from Robert Simpyosaki the author of rich Dad poor Dad, a classical book of all times, who built with his woman from the scratch, when he attained fame and status, they were on the same level, equal partners in everything cheesy, now she discarded him like a tool after patiently sharing the fame with him all those years even refused to give him children for her selfish reasons, now he's swallowing the redpill at his old age, be very wary of so-called women that say they want to add to your mission but want to be treated like equals, it's not only promiscuous women you should be wary of but also masculine ambitious women who shun motherhood ( are not family oriented)

kiyosaki is a my mentor on business

never knew he was separated

i have watched countless of his seminar with kim and they end up saying we have been together ever since

he always says kim and i

this guy na American marine and a soldier that fought in Vietnam war, how he could still be a simp this is mind boggling.
i have always wondered why he has no children
