Dear Mr Akinalabi, kindly implement the following ASAP on your platform:

(1) Booking Code to enable punters share their games freely. You've got no idea how many customers you will get by this.

(2) Make it possible to sort games by DAY, WEEK, etc. It is usually frustrating to sort through games for the day.

(3) Your arrangement of game options should be CONSISTENT. It doesn't make sense to see HWEH at one place and then see AWEH extremely far from it. Also it doesn't make sense to see DC at a certain location for some games but see it at a different location for another game. I should know (for instance) that DC option is ALWAYS after 1X2 or whatever.

(4) Kindly add 3 goals handicap to your handicap market.

(5) Giving a PAYOUT of only 70% when no game has started is beyond ridiculous. Please review.

(6) Please add chance mix to the game options (like or Over, 1 or , etc)

That is one thing every punter needs but seems very difficult to have.Look at the challenge here,it's not as if most punters can't give 2 odds consecutively but everybody just wanted to do it in 3 days even someone posted 2odds twice a day when the first one came through. We don't need to bet everyday if the games don't meet up with our strategy or must meet up with 2 or 3 odds if our strategy only guarantee 1.56.I just hope we will all learn this coming season.Also,i will urge all punters to learn other sports as there are some markets/options that can guarantee us easier 2 or 3 odds combined with soccer. I just took a random match pick for over/under 2.5 market (attached). Just taking a look a those odds, if you've ever attempted arbitrage, you'll know immediately that you can't win even a 5% commission. That is how most odds are priced, which makes it ridiculously difficult for a punter to profit from arbitrage. You'd need a sophisticated software to search arbitrage opportunities for you. Even in such cases, you can't have opportunities only in one market (over/under 2.5) as is claimed here by the bookie.

Odds are calculated in a way that if 2 people support different sides in a 2 way bet the bookie will still make money. Someone playing Over 2.5 with one account and playing Under 2.5 with another account will gradually lose all his / her money. I do not know who is right or wrong but I believe we do not know the whole truth.

The Matched-Betting issue wasn't the only thing addressed by @akinalabi. Just reading through that earlier (quoted) comment, it seems the bookie has made sufficient effort to come clean regarding refunds of the deposit.

However, I think the issue of Matched-Betting he raised is pure gibberish. With the way odds are priced (very high overround), it is practically impossible to make a profit doing Matched-Betting (even with the 5% bonus). Most times, the overround is higher than 10%.
