99thEnemy: There is going to be a massacre in that place very soon by the Army.
its a norm with the military.
Remember the Odi and Zaki Biam massacres. this won’t be different when the military return. People will surely die in hundreds. It may not happen like that because it didn't happen in the south east. Had it been it happened in the south east, by now scores will be counting. I am not in any way in support of the killings of the innocent soldiers on a peace keeping mission. Army should not resort to indiscriminate arrest of innocent ones but go for the culprits. |

ijustdey: https://dailytrust.com/food-looting-police-nema-tighten-security-at-warehouses-malls/ They are not miscreants but hungry citizens who has been improvised by government policies. Before such thing is not heard of in Nigeria. It only happened as far a my memory can carry me during COVID-19 time and it happened because palliatives meant to help people were stored in private warehouses instead of districting them to people promoting hungry citizens to broke into the warehouses. Government of the day in all the levels of government are to be blamed. Tinubu sowed the seed that germinated into this mess we are in now. He wasn't prepared for the task pure and simple. |

madridguy: The Iranian government has repeatedly vowed over the past four years to avenge the 2020 death of Major General Qasem Soleimani – a commander of Iran’s elite Qods Force – whom the Trump administration assassinated in Baghdad using a drone strike on his convoy.
The US government should stop their propaganda and be ready to face whatever their eyes see from the Iranian government. Do you expect them not to avenge the death of a whole Major General ? OK! Let's wait and see how the revenge will play out. The game will sweet honestly. |

spiSeyi: In all honesty this blames should be allotted to clueless state Governors, Farming is local if the state Governors are up to their tasks food production shouldn't be a problem in Nigeria. What stop state governments from venturing into commercial farming and massive empowerment of local farmers . Agriculture is managed by each metropolis in Ukraine. Nigerian governors are only good at commissioning substandard roads and wasting public funds on needless elephant projects like airports. The only thing I will blame PBAT for is if he didn't restructure Nigeria by letting each states manage its resources then we will all see how lazy most of the Governors are The most crucial problem with farming in Nigeria is insecurity( Farmers and herders) and we have only one commander in Chief in Nigeria. Tinubu should provide security to enable our farmer to enable them to back to farm. |

Politics › Re: President Bola Tinubu Meets With The Emir Of Qatar. by Impliment: 6:12pm On Mar 03, 2024 |
franchasofficia: How many prosperous and working countries do you see their President or King or ruler globetrotting from one country to another begging foreigners to come and invest in his country even when he knows he hasn't fixed the major issues that naturally attract investors? In this life, if you want to excel you copy what prosperous people did. Learn from successful people, stop doing the same thing your failed predecessors did and still failed. Do things differently with some touch of wisdom if you want a positive and rewarding outcome.
Even the Bola Tinubu going about the world begging investors doesn't even believe in Nigeria because most of his stolen wealth is stashed outside Nigeria.
Is Russian President going about begging the world to come and invest in Russia? Is Chinese Xi Jinping doing that? Even India, etc?
Put your house in order first before going about begging foreigners like a leper to come and invest in your country.
Dangote built refinery in Nigeria, Nigeria is an crude oil producing country yet Dangote is importing crude from USA to refine.
All these and many more points to the fact that Nigeria have a fundamental problem that need the President to sit down at home and work with competent hands from all tribes and regions to address, not jumping around the world dressed like a lost goat wearing yeye signature cap and parading your tribesmen forming tribal champion in 2023 and you expect all to be well?
Declare state of emergency in security matter in Nigeria and do a live broadcast warning all troublemakers, terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, terrorists and land grabbers disguising as herdsmen, give them a deadline to vacate or quit making Nigeria unsafe for Nigerians that your government will not tolerate it.
As you are doing that, you are issuing serious orders to all service chiefs on what and what to do, you are planning to do a mass recruitment of both Police, Army, Civil Defense etc, you are working more seriously on local or State Policing, if need be, on the temporary, you are negotiating with competent foreign mercenaries with a target to wipe out Terrorists, Bandits and anybody displacing farmers so farmers can confidently return to their farms all over Nigeria to boost food production and you are also creating modernized ways for animal herders to modernize their herding business to reduce clashes with farmers to boost that sector.
Open industrial hubs, open youth IT hubs in all 36 states where Nigerian youths can go to acquire topnotch global IT skills so we can start exporting IT experts.
Give order to Medical Council, Nursing Council, Pharmacy council to increase admission quota for medical and nursing schools so we can produce more medical professionals that we can even export to earn forex and approach WHO to remove Nigeria from red listed countries of countries lacking enough medical professionals and tell them we have more than enough and can even help other countries in need of medical professionals. Of course we have the youth population to produce medical professionals to serve Nigeria and the rest of the world.
Stop appointing mostly your tribesmen into key political positions, make it merit based no matter your tribe or religion. Harness our Diaspora experts.
Sit in Nigeria as President, stop all travels for 2 years and do these things and more that I cant pen down here, and watch Nigeria turn around. Excellent ✍️ and good suggestions. Watch and see how supporters of Tinubu will dismiss these wonderful and scholarly blue print as beer parlor suggestions. |
