If you can still find orange, buy some and after eating, turn it inside out and eat the insides too. You can also make a large pot of vegetable soup and just keep licking it from time to time. These too things worked so well for me post delivery, if not, with my history of constipation, I'm sure I'd have torn my stiches straining.

Body just dey inside cloth o my sis, getting heavier each day.The only thing disturbing me now is constipation though been trying to eat pineapples and other fruits, i usually strain myself going to the loo and i'm not finding it funny at all. Thanks for checking up on me,hope u're good too

Same happen to me,i wear more dan 3top per day Nd change bra frequently since I didn't have breast pad.i jst got a manual breast pump Nd it work wonders,i have to express milk out nd dispose it since I have enough.dis really prevent my breast frm been engorged.

Please, what type of manual breast pump are you using & is it affordable? Thanks

God has indeed been faithful and we return all the glory to Him alone who is worthy of our praise.
We thank God for the provisions so far and we pray that for those still waiting on God for financial provisions, God will open doors of financial abundance for us IJN.
We use those whose LOs have turned to cephalic as point of contact and pray before 35 weeks, all #TeamJuly LOs will be in cephalic position IJN.
We pray for those with low PCV, high bp, unnecessary contraction, body pain, swollen body part, e.t.c that God almighty will perfect all that concerns us and give us needed strength and good health IJN.
As for all #TeamJuly, we shall not have any reason whatsoever to cry over our born or unborn LOs IJN.

Well,i usually eat in in oha soup(if i'm not mistaken) but i don't know if it can be used to make other soups though,since i learnt it's very good i try to eat it at least twice or thrice a week.

After so much procastination I decided to carry my big chest to register ANC today,Chai I just dey waka up and down it got to a stage I told one of d nurses make she give give me 10min cos I dey hungry....
Urine tested + to protein and after thinking all dis while I be blood group A RH+ I realised I be O RH+…
My PVC was also kinda low 29%(liver and ugu go hear am) was also give my 1st Tetanus injection....

To all teamie October the lord is our strength and pillar... And my Wonderful mamas we shall record no loss in Jesus name.

I also started my ANC this weekend. Try and take more of ugu, garden egg leaves too will help alot. God will see us through

Mommi Zaynie, I only experienced ms in my first pregnancy and what helped me was sleeping it off and when am awake, am sucking on bitterkola in my mouth, it eased and eventually stopped my spitting habit earlier dan d normal 12weeks we think ms should be rounding up...

Some of the things that worked for me was the yellow crackers biscuit,I take that early in the morning & I'm good for the day. Then carrots & sometimes I take mangoes then at other times I take chilled water

The street is around gbagada general hospital, once u're around the general hospital it's not difficult to locate if u ask for direction. I can even give u the sonographer's no if u need it so u call & ask for direction too

I started antenatal yesterday & I asked the doc lots of questions & told him I still don't believe. Doc asked us to run another scan there & then just to be sure. We did, and it was confirmed that I'm officially mama ejima, he advised I do FP after this( before nko). While we were on the scan, I asked doc to check if they were identical, the man was just laughing at me say see this jjc. Wait till you deliver before you know if they're identical, they're both active & doing well. I give all glory to God

I hv done d regular 2d scan with conflicting result so i wnted 4d scan

Dear mama, i can't say if it's 4d (i don't know the difference) but i know it gave me all the info i needed to know even baby's sex and i've been using that scan center for long,it's usually accurate

I stay in ilupeju too but had my scan around gbagada for just 2k.....15k is outrageous mehn!

BIRTH STORY!

I started having period like cramps from 6pm yesterday then at 8pm hubby noticed the cramps was 20mins apart and told me it was contraction. Me I didn't even know sef! So at 10pm it started being kind of painful until I had to tell my hubby let's go to the hospital maybe the doctors will give me pain medication so we can come back but on getting to the hospital the doctor examined me and said I was 2cm gone so the nurse told me to just wait by 11pm I was progressing so they told hubby to go and bring hospital bag. Was even surprised sef cos I thought we would go back home that night. The contraction became more frequent around 1am, I will tell my hubby rub my waist and later I will say leave it who send you I even went naked and he tried to cover me up na so I fling the cloth and by past 2am I felt as if something was pushing me. I was just shouting nurse something is pushing me, she no believe she said let her just examine me all for her to shout doctor see baby's head and I was told to push and in 3pushes baby came out crying couldn't even hold her cos I was bleeding eh. The nurses was even surprised that for a first baby it was that easy for me. Only for the devil to show his ugly head, I started bleeding seriously and the doctor said it must have been a cervical tear, they had to call the gynaecologist. Inshort, I now know there is just a thin line between Life and death. We just have to live right each day. Mamas I saw stars! I thank God for putting the devil to shame and saving me. He gave me victory and I give Him all the glory. My baby's name is Osarieme meaning na God give me. (Edo state)


I thank all mamas who answered all my reasonable and unreasonable questions. May God bless you pipo! I hope I meet you in 2018 for another missionary journey but with triplet E-hugs!

My Birth story.

Contractions started around 5:45am on 1st of may.i bore it.it became frequent every 15minutes.i managed it till 3.37pm and got to the hospital,I was check and was asked for my delivery bag.i rang my neighbour to bring the bag for me.she was still at home,went I later called that I have given birth.she was surprised.

Baby weights 4kg...normal vD delivery....small natural tear.painless,sharp,smooth delivery.
