sludge buildup. Best solution is a complete dissaambly of top cylinder and possibly soak top block ( for hours) in a dissolving agent(solvent). There are are proven solvents in the market that can achieve this( can't remember any for now). Very important to take note of oil passages. Valve shims to be inspected, cam lobes to be inspected, journal bearings to be inspected. Camshaft to be inspected.

This can be repairable to factory specs with the right tools and expertise, religiously following repair manual for tolerances.

You really didn't leave us much to say here. Most of the time, the damaged parts are few and cheap and may come down to just gaskets, rods or a head that needs machining. We have all the boxes checked and will almost always rebuild rather than replace. It is nearly always cheaper and comes with a warranty (especially in this country with cheap labor). When it's not better for the customer to rebuild, we recommend replacement.

True. That is where VIN checks come in handy.
Luckily some engines( particularly from the US) usually come with the VIN riveted to the engine body. This gives a fighting chance to know the history of the vehicle that had the engine in it( service history accident history etc).
Although due diligence is needed here o!( Our Ladipo brothers ehn!)

you may need to take it to an alignment shop. ( you can visit any high end filling station that has this). They will do it there for you.

I travelled to a town that has a lot of bad roads/pot holes yesterday and I really felt it on my car. Today, I drove my car on 3rd mainland bridge and I got to 100 mph and I observe that my steering was vibrating. That has never happen before because I do 100 to 120 mph without any vibration before. Pls sir, what's the cause and what should I be looking to replace/fix. But if I reduce speed or remove my leg on aaccelerator once I get to 100 mph, d vibration stops as d car speed reduce to 80 mph. Car is 03 Camry.

Hope you did not hit any pothole with speed? It likely the balance weights on your wheels may have been knocked off. Try taking the car for dynamic wheel balancing and i believe that should help( And this is assuming your rims are not bent o).
