And by the way, some people need to get that facts right before spewing ignorance, Lagos and Instant mostly are the only places that one can easily see young touts mount positions on the road to collect unspecified amount of money from public transporters, Oshodi and Mushin are like the worst hit, one transporter can pay 50 to upto 5 young men within thesame Oshodi axis, not to factor in that of police. This is not to say there are no Agberos in the East, of course there are but they are more organized and limited, I know how Onitsha urchins do their own, they don't mount themselves at different location along a road and force a bus that has already settled their levies at the park to part with more money for one Baba or Alhaja, that nonsense is peculiar to Lagos and southwest, and it will be very difficult to get rid of them as ACN will continue to use their services for election purposes, they are not going anywhere soon. |
