Wike has chosen to open up the roads and make movement within the state capital accessible and traffic-free to the best of his ability. When another governor comes in, he may choose to industrialize thereby creating multiple jobs. At least the next governor won't be budgeting heavily on roads anymore rather emphasis will be placed on other sectors.
