Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Police Recruiment 2019- List Of Successful Candidates by inedujac: 9:40pm On Oct 15, 2019 |
24kmagic: Nigeria can never ever be good.
At the beginning of this recruitment, everything was going fine until the last stage.
When they shortlisted candidates for the physical screening, they shortlisted them according to their application ID, state of origin and local government area.
For the exams, they also shortlisted them according to their application ID, state of origin and local government area..
For the medicals, they were shortlisted according to the zones their states of origin fall under. Now that it is time for the final recruitment, nothing like application ID. They just slot in all their candidates. People that didn't even apply online are all on the list. SMH
They just scattered them according to how they feel in order to save face since they know what they they did.
In my state, about 431 people were shortlisted for the medical. After the medical, 528 people were recruited and many people that went for the medical screening did not get. How is it possible that 431 were shortlisted and screened and then 528 are being recruited? But then again..... This is Nigeria.
If they failed medicals, why did the number increase instead of decrease?
Finally, about 87% of the people on the list for my state are Hausa/Muslims. It should be 50/50 or 45/50. But again, the IG is a hausa/fulani Muslim and his candidates must be considered first.
Yet, someone somewhere is still calling on God for issues concerning Nigeria. Nigeria needs to either split into many countries, or be recolonized. Everything is wrong with this country, I mean everything.
I didn't apply but I have been following this recruitment right from the word go because I have neighbours and relatives that applied this. They were really looking forward to this thing like it's their last hope. I don't even know how to break the news to them that they didn't make it.
If you ever believe that this country will ever be great or change for good, you're either an idiot, or part of the people benefiting from this flawed process. Take heart o. All of us no say na ojoro |
