Hello jide. I subscribed for the MTN 4.5GB on 27th march & 11th April the night plan which was around 1.8GB disappeared and on 14th the remaining day plan of 800+mb disappeared as well. I called your cc & was told twas cox I activated another extra on 9th April without been charged due to system malfunction was the reason all the data was wiped out & they need to confirm when I subscribed. I answered all questions to their satisfaction and they promised to refund the data left on my Sim before the 9th of April system malfunction but till date its been promise upon promises. Kindly help me look into this.

Let's assume it was the budget office that was corrupt as pmb claimed yet the budget was sent to him for verification. Was he drunk or he couldn't find his eye glasses so as to read the content before coming to the NASS to preach the gospel of corruption.
Let's assume he was suffering from an eye defect when he was reading it with his committee of laughing gas economic charade team who left their brain behind at home but the whole budget was padded by budget office. Why has no head rolled as Mr integrity claimed? Or those perpetrators are above the law?
The big question, let's assume those civil servants in budget office padded it at whose gain cox d last time I checked the money won't be released to them so if they pad a Budger for my ministry & I got 5BN instead of 3.2BN I wrote which will be released to me not them so why will they pad it just for padding sake.
So forget integrity on pmb part, he flopped on this. He lost the respect NASS has for him the day he sent a corruption budget cox that prompted them to see it as bixnex as usual.
For the record Mr pmb didn't detect the trash he presented as a budget so stop the whining of integrity.

And u can even reduce cost if u have average of 6hrs sunshine (depending on your location) and don't have very serious loads to power apart from freezers.

I have 6pcs 130w using 3*3 connection with a 40A mppt charge controller and battery bank of 4pcs 200AH.

I power 2 freezers (btw 12pm - 4pm)and a frigde (10am - 12pm) use a 1hp pumping machine somtimes in the aftn. Power my tv, home theatre, dstv, lightings, fans in d evening and i hardly drain my battery bank to 50%"DOD in d morning.

I have decided to go offgrid for a while. When using solar, you will undstand power management more!

The naira took a downward swing on Thursday after federal government’s disclosure that there was “no yuan swap” deal signed by Nigeria and China.

The naira, which traded between 315 and 317 on Wednesday, sunk sharply to a position between 320 and 322 on Thursday after the disclosure at the federal executive council meeting on Wednesday.

Earlier, Nigeria was reported to have agreed a yuan-swap deal with China, although it has not been finalised.

Godwin Emefiele, governor of the central bank of Nigeria (CBN), had spoken about the deal, adding that it would be concluded by the People’s Bank of China, with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the world’s biggest lender, as CBN’s representative.

He said the deal will take pressure off the dollar in Nigeria and help conserve Nigeria’s foreign reserves.

However, Geoffrey Onyeama, minister for foreign affairs, said the deal was not a currency swap, but a deal for the flow of the yuan into Nigeria, adding that the dollar is still in use for international trade.

“It’s not really a swap. What it takes is that as the Chinese economy goes strong, there is some pressure on them from the trading partners, international financial institutions. They agreed that the money should be internationalised,” he said while briefing the press after FEC meeting on Wednesday.

“They started that for a while. They were protecting it also. They did not allow it to be fully exchangeable. But now, their economy is fully strong, they are looking for a way to internationalise the currency.

“They were saying essentially that they wanted to segment it. For Southern Africa, South Africa is going to be the sort of a hub for the currency. So, they are going to be the focal point for the Chinese to make that available for trade in that area.

“In West Africa, they are looking for a hub. Ghana is interested in being the hub for the currency, to circulate it for those who want to use it. It is not compulsory. But Nigeria is a bigger country with bigger economy. So that does make sense, they became a kind of attracted to Nigeria to be the hub.”

He said the currency gives Nigeria flexibility in buying Chinese goods with yuan rather than dollars, corroborating Emefiele’s stance.

“We still use the dollar. But if it not enough and there are some people who want to invest in the country, instead of crying that they cannot take dollar out, there might be yuan that they would be happy to take out because it is now internationalized as a currency and they can use it. So, it gives us a much larger option.

“As you know, a lot of importers now are complaining that they are not able to access the dollars to buy good and things like that. So, if we have in addition to dollar, we have yuan, then they can also have that available.”

The deal has not been totally consummated by all parties involved, but the prospects are bright for Nigeria as remnibi hub in West Africa.

How many heads pmb claimed will roll in budget office since he said he or his ministers were not the one that padded the first budget to 6T yet Mr Linus came on board to tell us the budget didn't exceed the 6TN amount which means that budget was never padded by the civil servants initially. It was a deliberate attempt to shift blame & issue threat because if whistle blowers had not put all those aso rock hospital, website upgrade in millions to lime light it would have been passed.
Now buhari came with exclusion of calabar rail project missing claiming it was in the first budget submitted only to discover it wasn't in the first padded and second budget but was submitted to the budget committee of the senate not the entire senate.
Fourth episode is that of lawmakers circumventing money to themselves then we heard another tales of head will roll yet till date no single head.
I'm sure by October this budget will be used for 2017
