Yakubu deliberately broke electoral law that states election results must me transmitted electronically from the polling units directly to the public viewing portal.

Yakubu failed hence, the election and the fraudulent declaration of winner cannot stand.

Okay let's assume transmitting of results electronically is mandatory, is displaying of the transmitted results on INEC public portal is also mandatory?

Because I believe before all the results were announced, the results must have been transmitted to INEC back up server which only they have access to, after verification of both results transmitted electronically and the one about to be delivered physically, then they update the public portal.

If there is no law making transmitting of results electronically mandatory in the Inec public portal, then the petition about electronic transmitting would be quashed so early as the opposition argument is about results in public portal
