Okay let's assume transmitting of results electronically is mandatory, is displaying of the transmitted results on INEC public portal is also mandatory?

Because I believe before all the results were announced, the results must have been transmitted to INEC back up server which only they have access to, after verification of both results transmitted electronically and the one about to be delivered physically, then they update the public portal.

If there is no law making transmitting of results electronically mandatory in the Inec public portal, then the petition about electronic transmitting would be quashed so early as the opposition argument is about results in public portal

There is a video online were the inec official lady was screaming they were writing something that was not from Bivas. Google it on Youtube.

He did well in Edo by defeating Godfatherism and building infrastructure as a governor but later try to turn himself after 8 years to be a godfather and Edo people resisted him. All in all he's still respected and loved by many.
