The information was obtained genuinely. Why can't they sue him if it's false.

Without any introduction.

1. He summitted a forge Chicago State university certificate to INEC. He lied on INEC form when asked if his certificate is fake hence, committing perjury. This also raise doubt of his true identity. He may as well committed identity theft/impersonation.

2. He also lied on the INEC form that he doesn't have dual citizenship but he holds Guinea diplomatic passport.

3. According to results uploaded on IREV portal Tinubu did not score the votes in Rivers, Edo, and other states as declared by INEC. Some other results on the portal are missing, blur and results from other states were wrongly uploaded. Where did INEC get the polling units it used to declare Tinubu winner.

4. Tinubu did not get 25% from Abuja.
Based on previous ruling by Supreme Court, Abuja has a special status. It is not compulsory for any candidate to win it but should score at least 25% of the total votes.

5. The drug related case is obvious now. He forfeited over 400,000 dollar to US govt from proceeds of heroine according to documents obtain from the court. It is left for the court to decide if he is an ex convict and not fit to run as President.

Something the Hypocritical Un!ted State wont take from anyone. A country that almost nuked its neighbour; Cuba in 1962, just because Russia started building military base there. If not for Russia pulling out and allowing peace to reign. Cuba would have evaporated into dust by now just like Hiroshima and Nagasaki (both nuked by this same US).

What of Nicaragua, Venezuela and some other countries bordering US, dealing with Russia in weapon trade. They are under heavy sanctions from un!ted state just for that. The question is, is Tinubu certificate real, fake, impersonation or simply fake news?

To be honest, none of the petitions from both camps make sense except for the rigging in Rivers state. Apart from the Rivers result (which would still not change the outcome of the election), I don't see anything stopping Asiwaju not even the 25% in FCT stuff.

I believe PDP and LP agents have original results from the 176,000 polling units, if not Tinubu will crook his way into the office.
