As at the time I used an LG TV with webOS a few years ago, I used a free app called SSIPTV (with attached logo). Unfortunately, Smart TVs aren't optimised to properly handle IPTV. For best user experience, you're better off with external streaming devices such as Chromecast with Google TV 4K, Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (4K Max), Onn 4K Streaming box, Nvidia Shield (if your budget can handle this), etc.
