Tonto Dikeh’s estranged husband, Olakunle Churchill in an interview with Azuka Ogujiuba, disclosed that he met her at a night club in Lagos before they proceeded to get married.

I met her at a night club, during my brother’s birthday party in 2014 and it was about the same time I acquired the latest Benz cars. Three months after we met, she got pregnant. I have never really stayed in Nigeria for too long, because I do business in Ghana, although I have an office at Ikoyi. She visited me in Ghana several times and when she broke the news of her pregnancy three months into the relationship, I decided to visit her in Nigeria. I had to visit her often because she was carrying my child.

I have never squatted or lived with her and the only time we stayed together was after the birth of my son, which came with the approval of her parents after I had completely satisfied the traditional requirements for her dowry. I flew her to the United States to deliver my child in one of the best hospitals in America.

At least 10 lecturers at Embu University under investigations for allegedly having sex with their students in exchange for good grades.
The explosive revelations were made by the University’s Vice-Chancellor Prof. Daniel Mugendi, who confirmed that indeed the sex for good grades scandals has hit the institution.

The VC divulged that some suspects even coerced the students they had impregnated into procuring abortions in a bid to cover their trails.
“I have at least ten [staff-student sexual relationship] cases that I am solving currently. Some of the male suspects even forced the students they impregnated into procuring abortions. They even threatened the learners against speaking out, warning them that if they do, they’ll get into a lot of trouble,” said Prof. Mugendi.

Nigeria will not be deciding its next president today (Feb. 16) as previously planned.
Owing to difficulties distributing voting materials, the country’s electoral commission, INEC, is postponing the polls by a week. According to reports, the elections could not possibly have progressed as scheduled given anticipated shortages of voting materials, especially ballot papers, in some states.

The presidential and national assembly elections will now be held a week later on Saturday, Feb. 23.
INEC announced the decision at 2.30am local time on Saturday after a late night emergency meeting with just hours polls due to open on Saturday.

Police parade men who tortured lady over missing iPhone and inserted pepper into her private part (videos)

The suspects who tortured a woman over a missing iPhone X plus phone and inserted pepper into her private part have been paraded by the Edo State Police Command.
The suspects, including the man who inserted the pepper into the girl’s genitals, were paraded alongside a native doctor who was also involved in the criminal act in Benin.

Mr. Abubakar Yesufu, President of League of Patriotic Lawyers, said the victim did not steal the phone as claimed, rather she refused the sexual advances of one of them and they decided to get her by making false accusations and torturing her.
Mr Yesufu said:

She refused the sexual overtures of the kingpin, who orchestrated the aforesaid missing phone and with the aid of a native doctor, he became the accuser and enforcer in chief of that sordid show of shame.

The suspects accused the woman of stealing a phone. They then made her undergo a strange oath-taking ritual. The ritual ended in the girl’s favour, yet the men claimed they were not convinced and they then stripped her in public, beat her up, and inserted pepper into her private parts, while filming the incident.

The six suspects arrested so far in connection with the case are Otoghile Joel, owner of the phone alleged to have been stolen by the young woman; Lucky Igbinovia alias ‘One Man Squad’ in whose house the young woman was tortured; Edobor Osemwengie, manager of Lafun Hotel; Kingsley Iyamu; Gregg Eweka and Friday Omorogbe.

Two pupils were left to fight in front of their classmates and teacher who purportedly filmed the shocking incident which happened recently in Ghana.
