This documentary narrated by a British highlighting the struggles of living as a Nigerian in the 1940s. My conclusion is basically the same. Nothing has actually changed. According to the narrator, 1 teacher for 7 students in the South and 1 for 58 in the north. I was also amused when I saw the way roads were constructed in the country back then. We really valued our culture and values then as obviously seen in the clip. honestly, we are basically the same; nothing has really changed as we are still facing the same type of cahllenges we faced then almost 75 years now. Electricity, Housing, Jobs and Power supply. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kTZ8IpsqtE |

The casket is a true reflection that you leave the world with nothing.. RIP Kobe. |
Corona virus was caused by eating wild animals in the Wuhan wildlife market where Chinese come to buy all sorts of animals to eat including bats, porcupine, snakes etc.. Thanks to their insatiable taste for variety.. I keep telling people FLEE from eating just any animal you kill.. Here in Nairaland, people kill snakes and just eat them! Oblivious of possible viruses that could be contracted.. Don't just kill any animal and eat.. You could be eating your way to deadly viruses and diseases. |

As shared on Facebook. A Nigerian boyfriend lost his cool as a "guyman" as he descended on his girlfriend for rejecting his public proposal. He quickly poured her food into a plastic nylon before taking her shoes and walking away. This drama comes just days after popular Nollywood actor Pete Edochie slammed men who knelt down to propose to their ladies citing tradition and the fact it was borrowed from the "white men" See video below, https:///2020/02/who-is-odumeje-and-why-is-he-causing-controversy-among-christians-in-nigeria.html

Donald J. Trump is currently in India as he undergoes a state trip to the most populous country on earth; with his wife, Melania and daughter. US President Donald Trump, first lady Melania Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi stand during the national anthem during a "Namaste Trump," event at Sardar Patel Gujarat Stadium. Photo: PTI The prime minister of India Narendra Modi joined hundreds of thousands of Indians who are delighted to welcome the US president to their beloved country. Tens of thousands lined the streets to greet him in Ahmedabad city, in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state Gujarat. The state visit comes at a time when india is facing serious unemployment issues. Trump is expected to inaugurate the world's largest cricket stadium; with about over 100,000 people, expected to witness the historic event. This spectacle alone is expected to cost more than $13m (£10m). A trade agreement with India and the US is expected following months of negotiations. Currently, the US-India bilateral trade stands at $160bn. Reports by popular media sources suggest multi-billion dollar defence deals are part of the various deals that will be made on Mr Trump's India visit. Suggestions include the sale of helicopters for the navy. It is reported that before the trump embarked on the trip, the US State department approved a possible sale of an integrated Air Defence Weapon System for $1.8bn. India is known to make defence purchases from the Russians and the French but it recently turned its attention to the US, according to an analyst. Trump also confirmed the defence deal by saying, “I am pleased to announce that tomorrow our representatives will sign deals to sell over $3 billion, in the absolute finest state of the art military helicopters and other equipment to the Indian armed forces,” Also adding, As we continue to build our defence cooperation, the US looks forward to providing India with some of the best & most feared military equipment on the planet. We make the greatest weapons ever made. We make the best and we are dealing now with India. https:///2020/02/trump-visits-india-set-to-sign-3-billion-defence-deal.html
