Lol @ 190. Maybe for your oyibo end, BBs are no longer popular. Here, they are catching up to 9ja. It's unbelievable because I thought people here preferred Android and iPhones. And I hear iPhone will be adding a BBM app? Na wa o. Bbm is a great invention though. For those of us wey get friends and family abroad, it's great because I'd rather bbm then spend $0.14-$0.25/min calling 9ja and $0.18/min calling England. Some go crazy for it though. I've had my phone for months and still have less than 10 people on my bbm list. I can't imagine using that thing to talk to ALL my friends and family. Na die I go dey.

My oyibo friends keep telling me about BB. Before, I would use my bb anyhow. Now, I hide my own because I don't want anyone asking for my bb pin lol.

The only reason why most people think it is wrong is simply because of the fact that they see it as weird. We've been brought up knowing that the man has to make all the important decisions, make the first move, etc etc. But this is 2011, not 1911. Some rules still apply, but our view on relationships has vastly changed ever since then.

People think that if the man accepts the proposal by the woman than that man is viewed as weak, feminine, unfit to be a man. I say to them, if you think that way, than you, too, are unfit for such a thing because your pride and "manliness" alters your sense of reason and judgment. I see nothing wrong with the sight of a woman proposing to a man.

If you do, then that's you. What I would advise, however, is get with the times, because this is a rapidly changing world. What you thought was right today may not be right tomorrow. Don't be stuck in the stone age because you're not open to change.

There is no such thing as black people hair or white people hair, there is only human hair . It ranges from coarse, straight, curly or wavy or mixture of the textures. I am from northern sudan, and i see people both dark and light with all kinds of different hair textures. I also understand certain ethnicities in mainly northern nigeria exhibit these same charactistics as well. Here are some examples.

Hair is just one of the non vital features of the body,it is more of cosmetics than essential for survival.Africans get to tune in themselves and show their beauty,relevance and intelligence,we are made live not to exist sparsely.Our reality is our existence and it has to be in our control all time.

Quite a few actually. The reason no one notices is because the texture of the weave matches their natural hair. Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, and Miley Cyrus are just a few white American celebs to mention. If black women wore weaves that were subtle and blended in with their hair, we'd be wondering how many of them wear them. It's because so many go for blue, purple, orange, 6-feet high, and all these other foreign styles that it's easy to label the hair as fake.

Lol @ black men slurring to sound white. You'd be surprised. Some AA's simply sound like that. I do, kind of unfortunate, but I do. He was probably raised in a better neighborhood and attended better schools compared to some of his counterparts.
