I always knew you were a sheisty mofo ![]() |
Goldieluks:It has nothing to do with anything being western. In many non-western society it happens--even in African societies. Because you don't like the idea doesn't mean that society as a whole should just drop it. And I didn't call your idea archaic. If you wanna call it that then be my guest. I was only saying that what is normal to you may be abnormal to someone else. Your own norms don't rule or dictate others. I have no problems with values. A woman proposing to a man doesn't change the value system within our society.
@OP There's nothing bad in a woman proposing to a man! The problem is that we are stuck! It doesn't say anywhere in a religious book or any constitution that it's wrong, so therefore it's right. It just depends on what you believe in.
![]() |
fstranger3:Tall and slim and that's all you need to know. |
Goldieluks:Because a woman can do it doesn't mean there aren't any values or that the man is no loner a man. What's normal to you may be abnormal to someone else--your idea of normality isn't everyone else's idea. |
The person who the breaṡts are on is the rightful owner, that's who. |
@OP: I think your question should have been "What do you think of women proposing to me?" I don't think its a matter of whether or not it is wrong. I don't see why it is a problem. There are no rules or laws that say a woman can't propose to a man. In some cultures, women propose to men. sule sule:And what makes it sad? |
MzDarkSkin:Hehehe, I'm currently working on the Brazilian thing ![]()
I saw you heffa! ![]() Girl, those Haitian men are something else. That all Imma say. I will let Inkie find out on her own. She sound like she is walking bowlegged anyways. Hmm. She is not SLICK.
I'm not walkin' bowlegged . There was once this cute Haitian guy I met at my school who kept asking me out on a date. The guy was nice but I just wasn't feelin' him. He looked like a light skinned Ray J. |
fstranger3:Whatever . |
fstranger3:And by |
fstranger3:Oh so you're back on that eh? Smh. My night is fine if you must know. Anyway, when you get off that PMS theory come holla at me. |
fstranger3:No, I'm not pissed but I'm startin' to think twice about you ![]() |
Smh, I guess everything everyone was saying about you is true. |
fstranger3:Oh, so I'm a bimbo eh? Thank you for displaying such adult behavior. |
lol, sorry. Most of the Nigerians in the US are in the south [usually in the Texas and Atlanta area] or in the Bronx, New York. |
Mixed with a little of Haitian meat that a deadly combination. You going to be walking bowlegged for a week or so.
Haitian meat?!?! Nope, the dude was Honduran and Jamaican. That's a good combo |
Goldieluks:Right on Goldie. No mind 190. |
chic2pimp:Lmao, Yokozuna!!! Damn, your taking it way back. I remember that dude when I was little. I used to watch him on tv |
freechat:As a grown man, you expect your parents to choose a wife for you? Can you not do that yourself? ![]() |

Well, I like a nice movie then perhaps some coffee at a café. |
Nellyon:I was trying to point out that little kids are in that restaurant all the time so its not uncommon for them to be picking up the items in the display. I've seen the kids in the restaurant pick up the candy only to have their mothers [or fathers or nannies] either yank it out of their hands or tell them no. Look, you can be as irked as you want, I know what I heard on tv when it was reported. What I said was "I've been to Serendipity 3 [which is the restaurant where they're at] and they have shelves of that candy and just about anyone can pick up the box of candy.", I said that to show to that the candy on the display was pretty much accessible to anyone, even a little child. |
Neither one of them is obligated to say thank you to the other ![]() |
