This may be my pessimistic side speaking in terms of the British government but I hope a riot breaks out during the Olympics. |
@OP: lmao, my day was entertaining. My psychology class was full of a bunch of interesting characters--a former drug addict, a semi-annoying Nigerian woman, a [perhaps] former drug dealer, a talkative girl with some kind of disorder I have yet to figure out, East Asian students trying to hustle textbooks to students in my psychology class, and a slew of other things I find to be entertaining about the class. My day started off quite horribly but it quickly picked up. Initially, my day pretty much continued on from the previous night. I spent much of the early hours of the morning writing an essay on generation gaps for my younger brother. The poor kid was overwhelmed with homework and assignments from his extracurricular activities so I decided to do some of the work to ease the workload off of him. Sadly, I got about 3 ½ hours of sleep. Oh by the way, I LOVE my biology professor--the dude is a trip!! His class is like a comedy class and a science class all in one! ALSO, there's this hispanic woman woman in my biology class and she has this really strange raspy, somewhat deep voice. Here's a back story of the woman. She has a very thick Spanish accent, so with the accent and weird voice, she has a bad habit of answering questions in class without raising her hand. So today while in biology class, the professor asked a question and instead of raising her hand and waiting to be called, she immediately started shouting out the answer. The class a whole was so taken aback that one student said out loud "Damn!!!" and the whole class started laughing. I'm not too fond of science courses like chemistry and biology but this is one of the first classes that I think I won't be falling asleep in ![]() mcnepow:lol thanks ![]() |
I'm looking forward to it!! I'm still pestering my parents for tickets to some of the events!! ![]() |
Hmmm, so are the locals who were buying the marijuana being sentenced as well? I find it toe be incredible stüpid when courts of different nations hand down sentences like that. It takes two to tango in such situations. |
I wish I could describe it. It's just a moment in time when I feel emotionally secure [not that I'm saying that I'm insecure] and that all is well within the universe--almost as though you have a heightened sense of life. |
@OP: I personally am indifferent to her being or not being a lesbian just as long as she's not spewing hateful beliefs and trying to marginalize people. It's her music I care about, not her what goes or doesn't go on between her legs. Chinom:Seems like you and many others need to get their brains examined. How the hell do you know she's never had a boyfriend? Do you live with her? Are you a part of her circle? Did she reject you in the past? Even if she did, that doesn't mean she's a lesbian. She doesn't need to prove a damn thing to you or anyone else for that matter. Even if she did, there will always be people like you lurking around disputing the validity of her relationship with someone of the opposite sex. karpentar:Just because she's suing for defamation of character doesn't mean that she considers homosexuality not to be "of high moral standing". For most human beings, the idea of defending their character against something that is untrue is very natural. If someone called me a racist, pedophilë, tribalist, or any other name that I feel is detrimental to my character or being, and I truly felt that it defamed my character, I would surely defend myself if I felt that I needed to do so. So her choosing to take legal actions on this matter doesn't mean that she has proclaimed a particular stance on the subject of homosexuality. sauer:My dear, stüpid was an understatement. I wanna say that I am surprised by her statement but a part of me actually isn't. Sirmuell:And you know this because? |

MarcAnthon:Oh sharap! Adam played a part in that too! Sweet mama Evelyn didn't put a gun to his head and force him to. From the looks of this sounds like your playing the role of Adam's defense attorney ![]() |
igbaodun3:Looking for me?!?! I've been back for a while now. Where ya been? What's up? We need to catch up abi? MarcAnthon:Curiosity did not kill the cat. If people weren't curious, then a lot of positive things in this world would not have occurred. |
MarcAnthon:Sweetie, you can slam all the doors you want. Ummm, who did you slam that door on? ![]() |
