Yes we have proof of the savings like the one he denied below. The so called savings he bought for Anambra Govt and his family with Anambra money was left untouched by Obiano. As you can see Soludo said the investment is now worth 5 million which means Obiano never touched the money. And still left with the money intact. If Obiano was a crook like Peter Obi he would come out and say he left 5 million dollars for Soludo. Criminals
