A woman who claimed to be blind and has been busy begging for alms all around Warri, Delta state has just been recently busted and arrested by the police after a man insisted that she is not blind but was rather playing blind and collecting money from people all around town.


After several interrogations by men of the police force at the station with threats of tear gassing her eyes to check if she’s blind, she fearfully then revealed that she’s not blind, she also identified herself to be Ada Nwachukwu from Orlu Imo State. She then went ahead to confess that she came from Imo to Warri to make some money. She revealed that she makes about N5,000+ daily. As at the time she was busted that day, she had already made about N3,725.


There is indeed hunger in the land. The blind woman could be seen in the photos/Video without her black shades while revealing the truth.
