maynation:You're troublesome. |
Action should speak better than voice. |
There's this lady I've been dating for two years now. We happen to be members of the same church and I ought to have taken the relationship to the next level by getting my parents to her place for our introduction last month but I had a rethink. Brotherly, irrespective of how far you've gone in the wrong direction like somebody rightly mentioned above, one good thing you can do for yourself is to turn 360 degree. Marriage or even friendship thrive more on win win relationship. Definitely, financial responsibilities lies mostly on male but that doesn't necessarily mean one can survive in an isolation. Some people are like that not necessarily because she's female, we have some male like that as well. They are just so stingy and selfish beyong repair. Like you said, she has been like that for good two years you've been together. There is an adage in Yoruba "Ka di ju ka se bi eniku" All the signals are right there before you. It's all in your hands. |
I just dey laugh. Eleyi gidi gan o. |
Is a go, is a go. |

OlujobaSamuel:Nice one; you try small. Agba ma gbongbon sinsin si eti odo. The Elders will be wise to do the burial beside the river. |
Lol, I now use my cash to pay too, I don't have time for nonsense. Very soon 7.5% vat plus ₦50 stamp duty. Ti ọmọde ba gbongbon kikú, agba a gbongbon ṣinṣin (if a child is wise in dying, the elder will be wise in burying)
Ti omode ba gbongbon kiku lasiko erun nko? What is a child is wise in dying in dried season? |
Irony of life. |
Happy Birthday. |
This year report will be different. |
GoldPraise:Nevertheless, she gained more populariy during the bbm show. |
ednut1:I consult for notable companies like, Red and Bricks (Developer of Amen Estate), Landwey, Pragmatic Homes, Bricks and Bars and so on. Once the clients paid up his/her fees. Allocation straight. |
ednut1:That's not encouraging from the side of the company you bought from. Things are not like that from our side. |
ndcide:Definitely. If you want those with C of o, Gazette, Excision or Excision in process. Depends on your budget, needs and preference. When will you like to go for inspection? |
ednut1:Even though the land is still excision in process are you saying since 2016 up to this moment, your plot has not been allocated to you? Those that even bought from our side by middle of this year, they have done the Corner Piece on their land. |
ednut1:The search on land will always reveal it owns by the government until the approval is granted on such particular area. When we are talking about Acquisition, we have two types: - Government Acquisition (Means own by govt.) - Committed Acquisition (Means own by the govt as well, but also such locations has been mapped out by the govt for specific projects). Those land with approved excision first passed through the process before been granted, not that they got the Excision by default. So if land is not under Committed Acquisition; though it still belong to the government but Excision can be granted on such land. It nice you have ideas about Ibeju-Lekki, you can testify to the fact that; land with approved excision are more expensive compared to those still undergoing the process. Above all, no reputable company will force anybody to buy land with Excision in process, we consultants even prefer if our clients can buy those with approved excision because it more expensive and you knew what that means. In nut shell, everything depends on clients budget, needs and preference, even legal practitioners are buying land with Excision in process. |
khalazi:All these mind set of job securities have done more harms than good to us as youth. It has really make many of us to be redundant instead of putting our brain to use. Damn job security. |
Nice one |
