My understanding of that is that you have been educated to the level of taking your final exams which qualifies you to getting an authentic and verifiable document from the institution that you left.

Where does a "To whom it may concern" come in here? What is the "To whom it may concern" letter addressing?

Does the constitution say anything about getting a "To whom it may concern" document in place of an authentic sch cert?

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, will be visiting the US where he will be meeting with his United States counterpart, Mr. Mike Pence and other key groups and interests in the country.


Ahead of his meeting with the Vice President of the United States in Washington D.C on Wednesday, Professor Osinbajo will be meeting with the Council on Foreign Relations on Monday in New York.

In his meeting with his American counterpart, VP Osinbajo would be discussing matters of mutual interests between Nigeria and the US, while he would be speaking on Nigeria's economic prospects and other related matters in his meeting with the Council on Foreign Relations. 

The Vice President leaves for US this afternoon and is expected back in Abuja on Thursday.

You still don't understand the position of the law. The constitution says, educated upto school cert level and not possession of a waec certificate. A letter or a whom it may concern (as you put it) from a recognised institution is a verifiable document.

Whether you write GCE or NECO in ss1, ss2 or ss3, the cert will definitely come with the logo and certified stamp of the body issuing it. I guess that's what they are arguing about including age falsification.

Manholes are usually left open by Lagos State officials after clearing the drainage, they refused to cover these holes back which cause lots of damages, accident to road users.

Starting from Marina in Lagos Island, Victoria Island, 3rd Mainland Bridge, the team are using the composite manhole covers, what makes this unique is that it's not susceptible to theft unlike the others that they open and carry away either by the workers or by the public.
