UPDC is currently selling at N2.75 on floor, how did they arrive at N3 .

I thought right issues is supposed to be cheaper .

It's just an opportunity for the majority shareholder of UAC to buy more at a cheap price since they bought @ a high price before.
But investors can still wait.
