I'm not sure opec planners understand the problem they're dealing with.

Well, it shows that Upstream sector is becoming unattractive.

Downstream oil sector is where the real money be coming from.

Whether it is crude-Oil or Shale-oil, they will all meet at Downstream sector.

That is where Conoil and co are making their profits from.

Nigerian Economy Close to Growing out of Recession

Rate of market growth continues to improve to highest level in 9 months
Monthly sales pick up sharply
Rate of price inflation remains substantial in January

January data for the Nigeria Sales Managers’ Index (SMI), which measures growth across the country, reflects a continued change in fortunes with the Market Growth Index (48.7) improving steadily for the 3rd consecutive month. The economy remains in recession but managers are reporting renewed business confidence on the back of improving sales as represented by the Sales Growth Index. Price inflation for January, which is tracked by the Prices Charged Index, remained very high at 62.0. Overall, conditions in Nigeria remain challenging but managers are expressing optimism that the country will pull out of its yearlong recession within the next few months.

For those still holding Dollars..........KONTINU!!!

You win some and you lose some. Just take your profit as soon as you are okay and move on

Take profit ke......UBA 9.00 and UCAP 5.00.Brother,leave the two stocks for 12 months and you will see yourself selling at the landmarks. You can also do JIJO on the both if you are a smart trader but from now to April, abeg no touch them becos you cant get them lower if you sell.

I want to even acquire more units of those stocks ...after dividend period. .....I dont want to repeat the lesson I learnt last time I sold them at 30% profit.....looking at Nigeria Breweries plc is sold at N138...since August 2016...since then, the price could not go down to N140. ....so painful
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megainvest: 7:52pm On Jan 17, 2017
When everybody is bullish about a stock, it is probably time to start being bearish. After result & dividend declaration, I may be selling my UCAP.

I repeat what I have said before: 2016 was an exceptional year for UCAP. I may not be right but this is my honest opinion. Many people here already know my stand with UCAP So no beef.

Bro,investors are now wise.stocks that are consistence in paying good dividends has nowhere to go than upwards. When the market is bearish, they become defensive stocks

You have made so much in Ucap. You can sell and walk away then meet your boys again at 5.00 level.Either peterichy or someone else here use to say'mark my words' and i say the same thing.........'mark my words'
