Aside church, you could also lease your land to be used for a nursery or primary school, mechanic workshop, block industry, farming purposes etc. Though this could lead to problem or litigation in future if not handled properly, so you should emphasize on allowing only temporary structures like shed, "batcher" cabin, etc that could be easily be dismantled without much losses as against erecting concrete structures. Also make sure that every important detail is documented and the tenor should be short and subject to when you will need to make use of the land.
