This is the man who today is the key to the success of APC and everything APC rides on today.
Why he wasnt fielded as their presidential candidate will forever remain a mystery...then again its APC.

Meanwhile i was in Edo state the other day, i swear to God ramat park area is just how it was several years ago before the bypass to the east was created, nothing...i mean absolutely nothings changed. Federal govt tarred ugbowo road, the governor puts two lanes like service lanes beside the road and starts to claim he fixed the road. What the rant is about that man still remains a mystery to me.
Guess he needed it to psyche up his molato.

Aregbesola...that he goat came to lagos during campaign sat on a bus (you can take a beast out of the jungle but you definitely cant take the jungle out of the beast) bloody tout and was throwing money to the crowd meanwhile workers in his state had not been paid for months! If this isnt evil please tell me what is?

This is about Fashola. I still believe the man was robbed of an opportunity. Funny how APC stalwarts never see this? Posterity will show this is the best governor the state ever had and if APC had been a tad bit wiser, a better candidate for the presidency!

Then again its a party run by the vote of just one person.

I can only wish this man nothing but good success in his future endeavors.
Its only ugbowo road that's in Benin city abi? Behave.

With what weapons?! The Nigerian Military is a disciplined Force, BUT it lacked the necessary TOOLS and TACTICAL SKILLS to handle this insurgency. That's why the Isrealis, Russians, and lately South Africans were brought in. That's why we turned to Russia, Ukraine, and the Czekch republic for much needed arms when the Americans blocked our bid to do so. And these arms aren't bought off the shelf just like that like a new car in a show room. Delivery takes time long after a request is made.
And delivery takes six years right?....Clap for yourself.

PoliticsI ‘ve No Regrets Losing To Buhari – Jonathan by ionsman(op): 2:58pm On May 28, 2015
By Soni Daniel, Regional Editor, North and Emmanuel Elebeke

Despite the painful loss of the Presidential election to his opponent of the All Progressives Congress, President Goodluck Jonathan, has said that he has no regret over his defeat.

And rather than whine over the historic defeat of an incumbent president, Jonathan has moved on in his strides, describing the sad development as an act of God.

The President, who is handling over the mantle of leadership to Buhari on Wednesday, spoke at a grand House Reception organised in his honour by the Chairman Emeritus of DAAR Communications Plc, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, owners of AIT and Raypower.

The elaborate send forth event, which attracted top Nigerians from all walks of life, was held at the Daar Communications Headquarters, Kpaduma Hills, Asokoro and was attended by many top Nigerians from all walks of life, including the Vice President, Namadi Sambo, Ondo State Governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko and Chairman and publisher of Vanguard, Mr. Sam Amuka.

Jonathan, who was also presented by rare mementos by Dokpesi, said: ‘‘By this time people are supposed to be running away from someone who has lost an election but I am being celebrated by Daar Communications PLc.

“For me, whatever happened in the election I have accepted it in good faith. Even though, some have argued that those I entrusted with my campaign disappointed me, I have no regrets for losing because in any political processes, there are all kinds of stories and conspiracies.
“We are a very religious society; whether Christians or Muslims or some other religions, I believe it is the will of God that the election went the way it did. I have always maintained that for the ordinary Nigerian, what is important is the style of governance, not who is even the president.
“Anybody can be the President any day but if the country is peaceful, and economic activities are going on smoothly, our children are going to school, hospitals are okay and they can eat what they want to eat, then, of course people will be happy.

‘‘I believe the incoming administration will toe that line and Nigerians will begin to see that there is no difference between political parties because even as we see there is no difference between the PDP and the APC. If you look at the number of people that moved from PDP to APC, then you will really see that both parties are almost the same.

‘‘What is important to us as Nigerians is what the government is bringing to bear and I have always maintained that politicians must learn to put the people first. If our aspiration is really for the interest of the people, then you wouldn’t want to hurt these people, you wouldn’t want anybody to be slapped because of your own ambition.

‘‘For me, my ambition is to see what contribution I can make for the ordinary people and that is why their lives are special to me. And I wouldn’t do anything that would create crisis, to kill innocent people. ‘‘People should not be surprised for the decision I took. in Nigeria. Doing that is diminishing Nigeria. I wouldn’t want to be a party that will diminish this country.

‘‘There is combination of bad and good in my administration just like in any other administration, but what should be uppermost in the mind of the leader is to make sure that the bad is not more than the good. One thing I must always ensure is peace and unity of this country.
‘‘We must have a nation before aspiring to hold any position: without a nation, you can’t be elected to any post. I charge all politicians to consider the people first before self. You can lose today and win tomorrow but anybody that dies in the process can’t be revived again. While looking for political offices, we must conduct ourselves in a way that will not halt the lives of innocent people,” Jonathan said.

PoliticsRe: Nlc Calls For Declaration Of Assets By Public Office Holders. by ionsman(op): 12:31pm On May 28, 2015
He is right. The issue of the National Assembly budget is a scourge we need to get rid of.
PoliticsNlc Calls For Declaration Of Assets By Public Office Holders. by ionsman(op):
Mr Issa Aremu, Deputy National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), on Thursday said political office holders should publicly declare assets to facilitate easy tracking of ill-gotten wealth.
Aremu gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Kaduna.
“The President-elect has promised to publicly declare his assets. Let all public officers follow. We can then know who has what and who is having an eye on our commonwealth.
“Let nobody earn more than what is recommended by the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission,’’
He described Nigeria’s system of governance as most prohibitive with very low dividends for the people.
“Nigeria system of governance is the most prohibitive.
“Worse still is that it delivers low benefits to citizens; poor roads, lack of water, irregular electricity, insecurity and of late scandalous non-sale of petroleum products while government officials remain indifferent.’’
Aremu attributed the situation to greed and mismanagement by public office holders.
“May be we should talk of high cost of mis-governance or high cost of no-governance.
“What is responsible is greed not the need of government officials.
“Why would a poor state build houses for two term governors in his state and Abuja and some state assemblies generously awarded governors pension benefits for jobs that are not pensionable,” he queried.
He cited the example of the National Assembly whose budget shot up from N15 billion in 2003 to N150 billion in 2015.
“A lot of what they earn are not salaries but self-awards.
“In the 2003 budget, N15 billion was allocated to the National Assembly and in 2015 they helped themselves to N150 billion.
“Can you see how office holders underdevelop Nigeria.”
He insisted that the salaries and allowance of political office holders must be tied to their productivity and made public knowledge.
“It should be linked to their productivity and the income of workers in the country.
“We should discourage widening income gap between ruling elite and poor working men and women.’’

Blackett:
No matter how long you've known a lady, if she's fed up with you for any reason, she is fed up.

Leave her alone. . . A lady chooses her man. Do not try to sweet talk her, or apologize or initiate any contact again. If she wants you after a month and 3 weeks, nothing would stop her from calling you. If you go out of your way to initiate a conversation with a girl who isn't ready for you, or who hasn't realized she wants you out of her own volition, she might only respond to you out of pity and guilt, and not because she has true feelings for you. And if she enters into a relationship with you at that point, it would not last. A lady gets male attention every gaddem time. You aren't the only man that wants her. You aren't the only man calling her. You aren't the only one she has given her number to. You aren't the only one she has entered his car. You aren't the only one who has considered making her your gf. If there are 100 of you, she'll choose only one man, to be her one and only. If she hasn't chosen you to be that man, all your efforts to get her will be like flogging a dead lion. Men like to think that they are naturally chasers, but then, they also fail to realize that a lady has to accept for herself to be caught, as the case may be. The final decision lies with her, especially, when you both have nothing else in common, like an already existing relationship.

The ways of a lady are many. If you don't have the innate ability to study and understand human behaviour, you'll never figure out a lady.

This a very apt and matured advice. ...Thanks for your words.I didn't want to make a fool of myself by calling her back . That's why I sourced for you guys' opinion. With this my mind is made up.
Once again, thank you.
