Auki:Auki Sick of idiots and Muslim minds repeating this pathetically stupid garbage. Those countries have some of the best work safety laws, the most stringent social security and gender equality laws, and the lowest crime rates, rates of sexual assault and rates of corruption of any country on earth! How DARE you call them "morally bankrupt" you COMPLETE slowpoke. How DARE you, when the overwhelming majority of Nigerians watch porn every day at a ratio above nearly every other country on earth, where not a day goes by without countless news articles of rapes, theft and murders, where savage Shariah Law which legalises pedophilia and enforces draconic religious code rules as law over half the country, where so called Christian leaders like pastors are greedy pigs who steal money from the needy and use it to fund their luxury cars, brothels and mansions, where the entire government has it's hand in every corrupt money laundering scheme, every shady oil deal and every clientelist miasma the entire African continent has to offer!? Bleep YOU IDIOT. Western countries are FAR morally superior to your own!! |
mujahid777:https://i0.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/facebook/000/001/865/wikipedian_protester.jpg It takes a special kind of brain... to be this mindlessly fanatical. Maybe you should volunteer yours for study? You've completely missed the point of the topic, but to indulge your silly analogy: the concept of atoms and their undulations were completely and utterly unknown to the men who composed the Quran. How do you come to the conclusion that Allah is not only the creator of the universe, but the man who "decrees" the wobble of bonds and interactions that permeate the countless atoms of the universe? Where is your reasoning? Your proof? What evidence do you have for this outlandish claim? How would this happen? Wouldn't the fact that Allah is responsible for every atomic undulation mean that he is not actually ambivalent, and indeed that he himself is the cause of the very blasphemers he punishes? You Muslim folk REALLY don't think very hard, do you? There is absolutely zero evidence for Allah existing. Zero. This topic is dealing with the rationale that all major events have divine reason, a rationale that is farcical and completely lacking in evidence. You have responded with "But duh allah makes duh atoms undulate", completely missing the entire point of the topic and further self-promoting the fact that your god-fearing brain is hard as granite. Just listen to me, I promise I don't "confuse" you like your Imam has probably drilled you into thinking. The argument has continued like this: Atheists: There is no evidence or valid reasoning to suggest that a being called Allah exists, nor that they "created" the universe. Faithful: But everything has to come from something, right? This world is too complex to simply have appeared by chance! Atheists: You are downplaying the chaotic interactions that lead to complexities like life and solar systems by trying to apply your lived human experiences to a near endless, continually expanding, vast tract of space and matter that has existed for 13 billion years. You are essentially claiming that gods like Allah are responsible for major natural events despite the fact that there remains no evidence for any of this whatsoever. Faithful: When Allah has made even atoms act the way they do, there are no chances. Do you see the problem here? The faithful argument is circular logic. Allah is real, because the universe had to come from something other than just happening. The universe had to come from something other than just happening because Allah is real. This is not a debate over fate or whatever. It's about the fact that religions always have a HUMANISED excuse for significant events such as natural disasters or the beginning of the universe, despite the fact that they are simple occurrences. although you've probably been brainwashed in the way of Muhammad since Madrasa pre-school so I doubt any of this will get through that thick head of yours. |
Orubebe01:You just happen to be very punctual. |
Fits with the typical Texan M.O. of being large, stupid, religious, violent zealots. |
Wow ever since Daddy Freeze got prominent it dey nonstop propaganda from these pastors... |

So many religions appear to be founded strongly upon the hatred of chance. From religions in ancient times, religions have been used to excuse wars, natural disasters and other phenomena. For some basic understandable examples, let me demonstrate what I mean by this: The Volcano didn't erupt and kill us by "chance", it was clearly the Fire God Hutumokojo expressing his displeasure at our lack of worship! We're not having bad weather today at sea by "chance", it's because we brought that damned Atheist on board and Zeus is pissed at us! We didn't win the war because of our tactical or numbers advantage - no, it was because Allah favoured us over the heretics! Of course God is the creator of the universe, all of this you see before you couldn't possibly have happened by mere chance! This fallacy, which I will dub "The No Chance Fallacy", posits that any form of major coincidence or event that has a major impact on a society or history could not have happened without intervention by a sentient being. This is fallacious because it is essentially comes from humans trying to "humanise" the universe. Any kind of complex environment must have been created, as humans are masters of shaping and moulding their environments. And the concept of a god being responsible for a natural disaster is much easier to get behind than saying that it just happened, because then you have a target that can be blamed or can be used to explain it. To this day, there is no evidence whatsoever that the universe itself was artificially crafted by some sentient force, and the explanation of "the universe just happened", while ridiculous to the religious folk with their insane hatred of "chance", is the most scientifically satisfactory answer at the present. |
catwalq:Please don't respond to the questions with more questions. This doesn't demonstrate any proof in god's existence nor in it's legitimacy over whatever other gods there are that humans have believed in. Your post is essentially a non-argument. |
malvisguy212:Over the course of millions of millions of years of uncountable physical and chemical reactions, that's how. You haven't actually proven or given any evidence to support that a god exists, nor have you really even given credence to the possibility that they exist. All you have done is shown that you personally find it unbelievable that our current circumstances, the galaxies, life and all, could have happened by mere chance. In that case, let me ask another question: Why do you find it unbelievable that our complex universe with all of it's variety could have happened by chance? The universe is a big place, and 13 billion years is a long time. With such an expanse, the possibility for even the most minute whisper of chance becomes huge - Earth as an example. I personally do not see any compelling evidence for the claim that our existence is not simply a byproduct of universal chance. |
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/africa/egypt-pop-star-shyma-arrested-video-banana-underwear-debauchery-womens-rights-a8063921.html Egyptian singer arrested for 'inciting debauchery' after eating a banana in music video 'I didn't imagine all this would happen and that I would be subjected to such a strong attack from everyone' Rachael Revesz @RachaelRevesz a day ago Local media called video 'a lesson in depravity to youths' YouTube / screengrab A pop star has been arrested in Egypt on suspicion of inciting debauchery in a music video. Shyma, who was shown dancing in her underwear and eating fruit in front of classroom of men and a blackboard with “Class #69” written on it, was detained after the video caused numerous complaints. Local media criticised the video. Egyptian newspaper Youm7 added: “Singer Shyma presents a lesson in depravity to youths.” For Shyma’s supporters, the pop star’s arrest was a symbol of women’s oppression in a country that was voted the worst in the Arab world for women in 2013. The 21-year-old has apologised for the video, adding she was unaware it would cause such a backlash. The countries with anti-women laws Women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia “I apologise to all the people who saw the clip and were upset by it and took it in an inappropriate way,” she wrote on social media. “I didn't imagine all this would happen and that I would be subjected to such a strong attack from everyone, as a young singer... who has dreamt from a young age of being a singer.” Egypt is a socially conservative and deeply religious country where women are urged by politicians not to talk loudly or laugh in public to avoid harassment by men. Women have suffered dire consequences under successive leaders, with increasing cases of female genital mutilation, honour killings, domestic violence and sexual harassment. More about: Egyptsingermusic videoBanana Muslims do not have real ethics. They downplay mental self-control and reflection, that's why when a woman is sexually harassed by some disgusting Egyptian scum, it is the woman who is blamed and not the man in their society and in their heads and hearts. Every time I see a Muslim speak of "modesty" I want to slap them. LOOK AT YOUR COUNTRIES. They are filled with the depraved, the vile, pedophiles, sexual abuse, you name it! Why don't these Egyptian imbeciles do something useful surrounding ethical degradation, like arresting the men who are sexually harassing women on the street? You know, the actual problems, not some random pop-singer and her sleazy music video. Oh wait, I nearly forgot that all the Egyptian government and police are those kinds of scum too, of course they wouldn't persecute their own kind!!! Fucking savages... |
Weah96:The Allah speaks through trees bullshit is an insult to the collective intelligence of the entire human race. It's far more offensive than anything he posted you clout. |

umarshek6:Numbers are inaccurate. 15% of Saudi Arabians are not religious and many more are migrant labourers from a variety of backgrounds. Many people lie about their faith on national surveys in order to not be persecuted as criminals. Even with a huge muslim population, the concept of 99% Muslim is a statistical absurdity. Also, how does having more Muslims than non-Muslims give any legitimacy whatsoever to the Islamic faith? "There are more of us than there are of you, therefore you and your beliefs are wrong?" Come on now, that's straight up stupidity. In fact it's downright tribalism. |
tola9ja:Wow, it's almost as if someone cut the tree a certain way and it bruised! Clearly this could only be the work of... DIVINE REVELATION~! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C8lWS5fXUAE2DGg.jpg |
Hello. I will be posting weekly threads for people of all faiths to give evidence for their god, be it Muslims, Jews, Christians, Ifa worshippers or some other faith. Please give a general consensus of why you believe that: 1) A god exists. (Or gods exist). 2) Why your god is the one true god. 3) How you can see evidence for the existence of your god. |
yazach:Disgusting ugly curtains. They'd make good bonfire fuel. These women are soon to live in a world where they are literally second class citizens. Absolutely revolting. yazach:My problem is your disgusting, stupid, fanatical, illogical, violent, toxic religion, and the horrible culture it breeds. Allah is not real, Islam is invalid, primitive and overbearing. The modern world is too smart for Islam - one day it is going to meet it's match. Islam will die one day, and on that day humanity will breathe a sigh of relief. |

If you want to see a real example of tithing in good will, look upon the Dervish or the Jain mendicants. They purposely live in poverty and look out for the less fortunate of society. Nigerian pastors are just vile greedy tricksters who are good at deception but rubbish at societal consciousness, who waste their money on absurdly extravagant things they don't need at the expense of hundreds of thousands of people. They are pure scum. I am not a Christian, but I'd like to think that every time someone defaces a pastor's billboard, an angel trumpets it's horn. salvation101:The Churches ARE FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS THOUGH. Look at the fvcking vile greedy pastors who've spent their church money not on their local communities or the people who come to their church, but on THEMSELVES and on multimillion dollar sportscars, private jets, mansions, brothels and exclusive national resources! "Not-for-Profit" my ass!!! "Servant of Christ" My. ASS!!! Tax the pastor scum! Tax them into the ground!!! |
greatnaija01:Zoroastrianism was OLDER than Christianity. By about 1000 years, in fact. Why aren't you busy setting up fire temples and worshipping Zarathustra? Your post didn't answer the OP at all. Get out if you're just going to be a fool. |
yazach:I think you're the one in need of "checking your BP" if you genuinely chant and cheer for a 1300 year old fairy tale and an Allah that does not actually exist. |
Examples of bullshit in Islam: 1. The claim that Allah exists. There is no evidence to support the idea that Allah is real. Allah isn't real. 2. Saying the above will get you executed in 12 countries and thrown in prison in over 13. And that's if an angry mob doesn't kill you first. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-pakistan-blasphemy-idUSKBN17F1ZL 3. The blatant and obvious sexism towards women. Islam makes rigid unbreakable rules for what jobs or professions women can and cannot do, regardless of their actual aptitude. It paints women as stupid. It characterises periods and menstruation, a natural occurrence, as the greatest evil. It bans women from being able to rule Muslim countries. It values a woman's opinion and worth as half that of a man's. It has HORRIFIC laws that justify rape and sex slavery, and demonise women who try to break away from Islamic social values. 4. The Quranic absurdities such as Mohammad splitting the Moon in half. This stuff is just blatantly false and anti-factual, as the overwhelming resources on historical records as well as basic science can attest to. Not much else to say here. 5. The cowardliness and underhandedness of Taqqiyah, the act of lying in a Muslim-minority or hostile environment about one's beliefs in order to blend in. This is absolutely terrifying as it contains a detailed set of rules for LYING to non-muslims in order to avert their eyes to Muslim beliefs. This includes lying by omission (telling only 80% of the truth, not the whole truth), outright lying, falsification, blaspheming in order to fit in better with non-muslims, faux acts of friendliness and camaraderie etc. If you have not noticed yet, Islam is an extremely manipulative religion. 6. The absurdly contradictory moral code. Islam supports modesty and attacks indecency, yet the "vulgar and depraved" Western world has far less "indecency" compared with Muslim nations, from sexual harassment to Porn searches. The statistics speak for themselves. More to be added soon |
I am seeing people defend the most insane of muslims, the most dangerous of Islamists these days solely because they are Muslim. While I agree initially with the sentiment because many muslims have horrible treatment in some parts of the world, that does NOT mean that Islam must be devoid of ALL criticism towards it for fear of prejudice. In example, I recently saw people defending a salafi Imam on TV for his "muslim beliefs". WHAT!? Salafi Muslims are the Islamic equivalent of the Amish but worse! They're the kinds of people that have child marriages with four wives, murder non-muslims and join groups like ISIS! Why the hell would anyone defend this person? If they lived in the world that that Imam wanted, they'd be dead! I also keep seeing people defending the Burqa (and the hijab). The ONLY muslims who even wear the burqa are the goddamned extremists!!! You did not see a single Burqa (or hijab!) in Malaysia just a few decades ago. People NEVER wore hijabs in Turkey outside the redneck parts until very recently, and all the Muslims said that they were being "oppressed" for not being able to wear the veil. Well, guess what? Now that Turkey's government is Islamist, suddenly there are Muslims trying to bullying people into HAVING TO WEAR THE VEIL!! Who's being oppressed again!? Mormons are seen as madmen. Born again Christians, madmen. But Muslims are for some reason exempt? I have a friend who is a devout Sunni and it is the creepiest thing - he is very laid back and friendly and normal but as SOON as Islam is brought up he goes all fanatical and ultra-religious, like a switch hit in his brain and changed his personality to some Muslim Zealot. It is terrifying because that's the kind of thing that happens with cults, you know. The double standards many Muslims have to social situations is very suspicious. Being against religious discrimination when they are the minority but having extreme discrimination against non-muslims while they are the majority. Being against Burqa bans due to "oppression" while they are the minority, but outright enforcing the veil and other sexist laws upon women when they are the majority. Being in support of human rights (that benefit them) when they are the minority but then throwing them under the bus with their Shariah law when they are the majority. It all reeks of opportunism. I feel like people need to call out Islam for what it is - a backwards and fanatical religion which is intolerant and unflexible. |
The disease spreads fast. Allah's not real and Islam is unsustainable and archaic. Every time I see a Muslim shriek "Alhamdulillah" and "Inshallah" I think I'm looking at a lunatic. The religion is pure fanaticism. |
Biafra is getting more attention in Western countries. This may be just a little rally, but there're lots of them and lots of news, and a lot of little things make a big impact. |
Amein:For showing that they are being persecuted in SE and waving their flags? No, Finland is not Nigeria. |
Notice how you never get any SHIA terrorists? And when there are SHIA "terrorists" they are always actually independence movements like the Houthi in Yemen? I wonder, of the hundreds of attacks by Islamist terrorists in Europe these past few years, which have killed hundreds of people and incited suspicion and racist paranoia against Arabs and others from Muslim nations, HOW many of them were SHIA? I'm putting my guess on ZERO. Sunni is the gateway drug to Salafi, Salafi is the gateway drug to ISIS. Alevi, Sufi, Shia, none are spared by the bloodthirsty intolerant Salafis. And that's just Muslims! One day there be a world when "salafism" and "Taliban" are just words in a history book, and nobody is stupid and primitive enough to jump on it's bandwagon and destroy innocent lives and national futures. |

I have noticed a lot of recent media in the West about IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and Biafran/Igbo (& Ijaw?) independence. Before, there was a complete blackout on Nigerian news in the west besides corrupt Naijan businessmen getting caught in London, and interesting events in Naijan expat communities. Most people didn't even know what Biafra is, but this has begun to change. But now, Igbo people are getting a lot more coverage. Just google some major world newspapers and see how the Biafran struggles have reached headlines. There's also the case that some Western governments are watching SEast Nigeria because: 1. It's the only near-fully Christian part of Nigeria, and 2. It has a lot of oil Just some observations. |

Alcatraz005:Don't you see the irony of trying to force Yoruba language upon someone when everyone on this forum is using pidgin and english? If someone wanted a language with more national identity, Pidgin could be used - it's much less unfair than Yoruba enforcement. Remember that French was once pidgin Latin and only used in conversation until the French became proud of themselves, stopped calling it pidgin and started calling it French. The same happened with Spanish and Italian. The original French languages were Frankish and Gaul, both of which were mixed into the Latin slang that became French. Wetin more unifying for naija, pidgin or Yoruba?? |
