If you have never been granted visa before after satisfying any of the underlisted English language requirements, then the answer is NO.

Institutions always state on the CAS the documents used in assessing the application and which of the evidence of the qualifications used to obtain the offer is required to be provided during the Visa application and also notify the UKVI of this. This is the reason why institutions highlight that they are a Higher Education Provider (HEP) with a track record of compliance.

The reason student visa applicants should have their transcript/certificate handy and add it with the visa application outside a notification on the CAS is because there is a provision for it on the visa application document checklist.

If there are issues of compliance with immigration rules from the institution, the ECO may want to see every document used to obtain the offer and the applicant would be notified to provide this.

Hello everyone. Please assist in clarification.

A friend of mine recently did biometrics (self upload), she submitted all the relevant documents- abundant evidence of work for study gap, POF statement, TB cert, passport data page, but somehow forgot to upload her uni cert that she used while getting the admission and didn't notice until later.
She says she reached out to her school and those ones told her it's fine because they already submitted those docs to UKVI during CAS, and even the school's website (under their admission guide for visa application) says postgrad students don't have to submit their undergrad cert. She actually has the cert, so it's not a problem, but what are the chances this affects her application?

Transfer to DMC is same day of biometrics
Received by DMC is usually same day of biometrics or the next day
Transferred to VAC give it 15 working days
Received by VAC usually same day or next

Funny thing is Transferred to vac and received by vac can change in just a click. Relax till is time. Don’t panic from observation I think rejection comes faster than acceptance and the tracker sometimes don’t even count.

Also, does anyone know how long an application usually stays in each of the stages- Transferred to DMC>Received by DMC>Transferred to VAC>Received by VAC etc?

What they did for you was illegal,on the Portal they will declared that your passport is lost,stolen or destroyed,that extra they charged you was to conceal the truth

I'm not sure that's correct, considering I still have my old passport and was told to bring it along when collecting my new one so that the old one can be cancelled.

I called the immigration and they told me that I can't renew my passport now.
Please is it true that you can't be granted visa on a passport that will be expiring in less than 6 months?

Ideally, you're supposed to have at least 2 years left on your passport before applying for visa.

Also, it's false that you can't renew your passport before expiration. You will have to pay about 10-15k extra and write a letter for consideration, but you definitely can. My passport is expiring in December and I am currently working on renewing it, I have done data capture.

I have gotten an offer letter from University of Sussex for Masters, but I want to get a new passport before starting the process, which I might not get until end of April. I just applied online, the current status of my application is "under review", am I to wait for the uni to ask for the transcript, or is it after the uni has confirmed a conditional offer, or am I just to send it in immediately I finish applying online?

I just got a mail for offer of employment to training school from Access bank but i need clarification. The mail reads training school will start on Monday and induction will also be on Monday at the head office on Victoria Island. Does this translate to mean every trainee should just go to head office at 2pm or we are to report at the training school at Ikeja first before going to head office at 2pm?

Is this a different email from the one you got on Wednesday/Thursday last week?

I don't understand this access people o, so TS starts on Monday, but there are still people on final assessment as of today? Maybe there are different sets.
