Joshmodest:This doesn't in any way justify internet fraud, for you to even support the ignoble act, speaks volume about your values and personality. my advice to you is to desist from such or dissociate yourself from people that engage in such illegality. Everyday for the thief , one day for the owner. |
Joshmodest:from your post it's either you're a yahoo boy, a friend to one or a beneficiary from the fraudulent activity. no offence, but your post is hypocritical, contradicting and totally bereft of common sense. one minute you're condemning ,next minute you're being indifferent. no one has the monopoly of chastisement, as long as something is wrong,we all, from whatever religious, tribal affliation and social status should strongly condemn such actions. celebrities and people in power have a bigger role to play because they have the influence and platform. The fact some celebrities choose not to talk about it doesn't make it OK or right, as you have rightly said what is wrong is wrong. |
very educational and informative... good job OP. |
Somethings are better left unsaid, cos' no matter how you look at it, its a lose-lose for you and your partner. |
PrimadonnaO:it's all good. It's always nice to see things from other perspectives though. It makes our judgement of the whole issue quite lucid. her saying that she would do it again, is just an act to mask her shame, embrassment and disappointment. she is trying to show that she is tough. my advice would be to avoid talking about it, ignore any stories related to such, don't fuel any related stories to the incident. it has happened, she is not the first and would definitely not be the last. everybody makes mistake, big or small. what she should be concerned about is how to move forward and not still dwelling on the past. or i might probably be wrong, she might actually be enjoying it, some people are twisted like that |
PrimadonnaO:Your assumption and assertion is very flawed, I can comprehend that you're trying to speak up for the lady as you are one, but not once did you condemn the action of the lady, mind you she is a woman, I mean a matured lady who is responsible for her action, that is just being prejudice. your analogy about a kid driving doesn't fit ,simply because he or she is a kid, we are talking about a fully grown woman here. Agreed, mc galaxy should share in the blame for his action and inaction but a bulk of the blame should go to the lady. it's totally unfair to blame only mc galaxy. |
Adeinfo:This your last statement is contradictory, If you only help people who are worthy, It means you are thinking deep down that this person will help you someday, that's in itself expectation. |
This statement is a public explanation and not a public apology. In all he said, not once did he apologize for the role he played in the show of shame that happened last night, that tells a lot about his personality and the team as a whole. I am not a fan of sarri or his methods, but no matter what, he should have respected the coach and left the field, and then explain to him on the sidelines. Kepa's behaviour is a disgrace to Chelsea, a total lack of respect to the coach, teammate and fans and an embarrassment to football. He should tender an unreserved apology to the aforementioned people and entities and a hefty disciplinary action should follow suit to serve as a warning to others. No player is bigger than a club #arinzebastard. |
BalogunIdowu:the huge turnout was largely due to the audition being free. I know the organizers didn't envisaged the humogous crowd, considering how people were against the show. i also concur with you that the program is an avenue that breeds immorality and promiscuity but the organizers would argue that the show wasn't created to appeal to everyone, its a form of entertainment, generate revenue and jobs and also the show is been censored. so scrapping it will be difficult. nonetheless, I still feel the show doesn't add value, so I dont think any hardworking ,Godfearing, serious minded person should have anything to do with that show. |
a very brilliant write up, no doubt the writer is good, very good. but this story is way too exaggerated, we know the audition venue was an eyesore, but the way the writer described it, you would think they were victims of a civil war. I know some of the said happening took place but I think it was overly exaggerated to make it an interesting read. |
Recently, I have noticed that EPL matches are no longer on front-page, is their a ban on that or is it an over sight on my part |
one thing I have learnt in life is to stop trying to please people. live your life, cos' no matter what you do people will still talk. in the long run, people don't really care how you live your life, your happiness should be your priority. |
product of a failed Generation!! this should be a time for sober reflection, a time to sit back and reevaluate oneself, know what went wrong and see how to be better, to think that they would go into higher institution without purpose is very disturbing. it is not a crime to have fun, but one should know that there is a time and place for everything. their is little people can do or say, the onus is on us as individual to make conscious effort to be better. this generation has been a catastrophic failure, we should leave a legacy worth emulating for our children. |
LesbianBoy:bro, to be sincere no one actually cares whether you're playing "attacking" or " packing the bus", all everyone cares about is winning, they really don't care how you do it. if man united were winning trophies under mourinho, the outcry about the style of football won't even surface. The fans are really mad, because they are not winning not cos of the style of play. look at juventus, atletico Madrid, Antonio conte's first season in Chelsea, these are teams that are defensive or were defensive at one time. nobody complained/complains cos they win man united defended for most time in the match, but people didn't complain simply cos the won. |
LesbianBoy:bro, to be sincere no one actually cares whether you're playing attacking or " packing the bus", all everyone cares about is winning, the really don't care how you do it. if man united was winning under mourinho, the out |
even after the issue with MURIC, he wasn't cowed into stopping from speaking against the ills in the country. 2face envisaged an impending riot and didn't go through with his protest, if he had only God knows how many lives would have been lost. the fact that he talked passionately and wanted to do something about it is quite commendable. we should just show them our massive support, and let them know we are solidly behind them. other influential people and celebrities should also follow suite. we are tired of this Nonsense!!! |
op, this your title dey one kan...very misleading are you a blogger? |
of course you'll get jealous, if you don't get jealous even a tiny bit, it means you aren't into him or her even when ordinary friends don't chat with us we get jealous not to talk of lovers but realising that you need to give people their space and allow them live their life coupled with trust always keep me at peace. |
Teni is way way better. but to be fair, Peruzzi had some hits but they where songs that either he was featured or he featured someone. Peruzzi don't worry, keep working hard as you claim you're doing one day your time will come...just look at burna boy.. life na turn by turn. just congratulate the winner and move on, I know its hard but that's life. sometimes you win, sometimes you lose |
naso, we have heard more.. call me enemy of progress or killjoy but time will tell, time will tell. |
caprini1:personally, I don't see a big deal in his celebration. you can't begrudge the young man if he wants to celebrate his goals as long as he isn't being insultive or disrespectful to his opponents. but I just think his celebrations are usually childish as you rightly said. |
caprini1:lol..exactly.. don't mind the guy, he is a man united fan I understand his sentiment. |
jesmond3945:are you seriously serious .you are saying Ronaldo and Messi names will not last, simply because they didn't win the world cup. The world cup is a great competition no doubt, but winning it is not totally a yardstick in judging great players. individual honors and nominations, number of trophies won, world class consistent performances and many others are some of the standards in measuring great players. messi and Ronaldo tick all these boxes. what you're saying in other words is that pavard, Lucas Hernandez are legends because they won the world cup. if pogba continues with this his inconsistent performances, come 20 years he would not be remembered not to talk of mentioned so I still reiterates, pogba is no where near legendary status. |
jesmond3945:A world cup winner? yes!!!..a legend? absolutely not!!! |
for those asking who is God favourite, God called David "a man after his own heart"... i guess you can decipher the meaning. and it was clearly stated why God loved him so much. those people saying they love their children equally, I can bet their kids are very little, just wait till they are all grown up and can make decisions for themselves. its just human nature, where the problem lies is making it too obvious and making their other children feel less loved. |
isco isn't what Chelsea need right now. unless Chelsea are anticipating and preparing for hazard imminent departure, I see no use for isco in that squad, cos' isco and hazard play similarly except that hazard is more productive and serious minded than isco. what Chelsea need urgently is a clinical striker, someone to relieve hazard of the goal scoring burden he isn't exactly good at. i believe Chelsea would be higher up the table with more goals if they had a better and reliable striker. By the way 75m isn't too much considering the amount lukaku and morata were bought for. no doubt isco is class, but unnecessary at the moment. |
This story is just so one sided, so you mean davido slapped a full grown ass man, still went ahead and poured him "drink" and this said manager Just stood there looking at him. abeg there is a limit to humility, God know say if na me, I go return am in equal measure.. then if the so called "30billion gang" won kill me, at least I'll know I didn't die a coward. davido should come out with his own lie let's compare and deduce. |
lol..phyno just replied the way e think am for head. we should learn to be constructive in our criticism.. else, these are the kind of reponses we would get but truth be told, phyno didn't have a great year compared to other acts like Burnaboy, davido, wizkid etc deep down he knows it. |
Be sincere if you were watching him as a lady seeing his body and some part of his "private" what would be going through your mind. musicians do that to get the audience attention, the attention in this gathering isn't akpororo but God. imagine if it was a lady that did same, what will be your reaction... there is a place and time for everything. maybe akpororo forgot the purpose of the gathering. and thought he was in some secular concert. nonetheless, Sammie should have cautioned him privately, akpororo once referred to him as a mentor..He should act like one. |
every religious thread on Sunday is always criticising one aspect of the christian religion or debating on a particular doctrine there is hardly a thread which teaches the Bible, and for people to learn more. you will never see a Muslim thread of such on nairaland. this tells a lot. just my observation... |
luckyogor:hahhahhahaha....my chest ooo. talk true, shey you no empty the takeaway before you commot? |
Samuel kalu up until the 89th minutes was woeful to say the least. but his goal was superb!!!. kudos to him!!! can we now say samuel kalu scored a coutinho ? |
