UA's 50K funding is for one person. I don't know why he said the funding is for you. Like you said his wife should wait 6 months. I know people going to UA with 50k funding and 3k surplus it never says it covers dependents.

I am sorry you got denied.

With this letter, kindly email the DSO or SEVIS coordinator that there is a mistake on your I-20 and you have a tuition waiver. From what I see your tuition does not cover your living expenses and insurance so you'll need a bank statement to show your deficits. However, the tuition waiver needs to be either $0 or kept in such a way the VO or user will know you actually got a full tuition waiver.

Kindly, let them know and they will make changes accordingly. Also, try to work on answering your questions well. When asked why LSU give much more better answers. Talk about their labs and other things before you bring up your tuition waiver.

Thank you. I have emailed them this morning but still awaiting their reply. The ** on the I-20 is where they talked about the waiver.

Shoot your shot for Spring or Fall 2022. Try to impress her during the interview. Since you have read her research that should work best. Also, ask her questions. Ask if she's taking on students next year or any opening in her lab. Rebrand your CV and rewrite your SOP. If she is willing to take you on next year, then you can reapply to the school.

The school sent their denial finally on the 13th if may. But surprisingly, this Prof. Is still in communication with me. Infact, this is the message I got from her yesterday:

Why are you contradicting yourself. From your previous post, you said you're 17 years. Now you say you're 45. When you need assistance, just be truthful about your plight.
However, in answering your question, whoever the 45 year old is. Yes PhD can be done at any age, there's less scrutiny towards attaining a PHD at any age. So yes "the person" has a high chance of getting admission plus funding.

I think you should take your number down, this is a public page and you can easily attract fraudstars. Just tell the person to DM you instead.
