President Muhammadu Buhari has finally arrived Abuja after over 100 days stay in London, United Kingdom where he had been receiving medical attention since May 7.

The presidential aircraft that conveyed the President landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at about 4.35pm.

He was received by top government officials led by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.

The President inspected a guard of honour mounted by men of the Nigeria Police Force.

Blaise Matuidi has joined Juventus in an initial €20 million deal after a six-year spell with Paris Saint-Germain.

France international midfielder Matuidi completed a medical in Turin on Thursday and has signed a three-year contract with the Serie A champions.

The midfielder made 295 appearances in all competitions for PSG, scoring 33 goals, and will hope to make his debut as Juve begin their Serie A campaign at home to Cagliari on Saturday.

His departure comes as PSG look to balance the books following their world-record €222m signing of Neymar from Barcelona.

Sarahah was created by a developer from Saudi Arabia called ZainAlabdin Tawfiq as a way for people to share honest thoughts anonymously with their friends and contacts. Sarahah, which means "honesty or "candour" in Arabic.

The Sarahah app, lets users send one another anonymous messages. Since its launch two months ago it has reached number one in Apple's App Store in 30 countries, including the UK.

Once downloaded, users need to set up an account on the Sarahah app to start receiving messages. They can share their profile with friends or on their other social media accounts so people can send them anonymous messages. Users can also look up people they know if they have the username in a search section of the app.

Users can forwarded their anonymous messages to friends on WhatsApp. New messages appear in a feed on the app, which can be Favorited, forwarded or deleted. The sender isn't alerted about any of these actions. Users can also block senders if they receive a message that is offensive or makes them uncomfortable. Users can block senders of abusive and offensive messages on Sarahah.

Not everyone agrees with the mission of the app, and some users say it will facilitate and encouraging bullying online. Critics on social media have said the anonymity granted by Sarahah gives users "an excuse to bully people" and that it will lead to abuse.

Kenyan university student John Paul Mwirigi has beaten veteran politicians to win the Igembe South parliamentary seat in the 2017 general elections.

The 23-year-old Mt Kenya University student beat ruling Jubilee Party candidate Rufus Miriti by over 3,000 votes, with Mwenda Mzalendo, Kubai Mutuma and Raphael Muriungi trailing.

He gained all the 18,867 votes as an independent candidate after a door-to-door campaign on foot to win the hearts of the people and realise his dreams, he told local media portal Daily Nation.

John Paul Mwirigi who is studying for a degree in education said his dream to be in parliament started in secondary school and he nurtured it by holding leadership positions.

“I had a dream where I was tabling a motion in Parliament while I was in Form three. That is when I started asking my fellow students to start campaigning for me since I would need their vote in 2017. I have held leadership positions in school and in my neighborhood,” he was quoted as saying.

He promised to work hard to transform the lives of the people in his community despite his humble background.

“Since I come from a humble background, I understand the issues that affect the residents. My key agenda will be to transform the lives of the people,” he said.

Kenya’s election has been interesting with three women making history by winning governorate seats and another three winning senatorial seats.

A Norwegian singer Sophie Elise Isachsen has revealed that she received death threats and racist abuse after her latest music video in which she used a black actor.

She said she was horrified when abusive comments began pouring in online in response to the love story between herself and her co-star in the video to her single All Of Your Friends.

A mother, Kiara has shared a touching story of her beautiful daughter, Kenesley Ayanna who was born with a rare genetic disorder, Anophthalmia (born without eyes). She was hit with the news a day after she gave birth to her bundle of joy.Just after giving birth, she noticed her baby had a lump in her left eye and demanded that a test is done. No fewer than eight persons were killed and 14 others sustained in Friday night suicide bomb attack in Dikwa Local Government Area of Borno.

The incident occurred when two female suicide bombers hit an Internally Displaced Persons camp in the area.

The Chairman of the council, Alhaji Rawa Modu, confirmed the incident to journalists in Maiduguri on Saturday.

Modu, who visited some of the victims, said that the suicide bombers infiltrated the camp and detonated explosives.

“Two female suicide bombers attacked the 24 Housing estate at about 9: 30 p.m on Friday.

“Seven persons died on the spot and one other died in the hospital, while 14 other persons were receiving treatment at the Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri.

Modu said that the council had distributed metal detectors to members of the Civilian Joint Task Force to enhance security at the camp.

The Police and military authorities were yet to comment on the incident.

According to a Facebook post by South Yorkshire Police, a driver watched his newly-bought Ferrari 430 Scuderia go up in smoke after he crashed the supercar just an hour after collecting it.

The luxury motor veered off a highway and "burst into flames". Photos of the incident's aftermath show the burned-out remains of the car smoldering on grass.

African biggest act Wizkid has made it into Billboard Top Album Hall Of Fame after his latest EP 'Sounds From the Other Side' made the top 200 Album Chart.

As at last count, SFTOS is on nine of Billboard’s numerous charts.

The 27-year-old singer debuted at #107 on the highly coveted top 200 album chart while on the world album chart, he debuted at #2.

On the R&B album chart, ‘Sounds From The Other Side’ sits pretty at #14, above Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’ and Frank Ocean’s ‘Blonde’ — although neither album was recently released.

Wizkid’s debut entry on the top album sales chart was at #73 while he is #58 and #24 on the Canadian album and digital album charts, respectively.
