Yes upload it the way you did for the previous.. then in the comment session simply state the year of the IRS transcript. ....

Will it take them another 2 months to review the 2020 IRS transcript they ask me to submit or will the review it as soon as I submit it.

Secondly, do I have to submit it the same way I submitted the rest documents before or do I submit it through public enquiry from.

Lastly, do I have to delete the 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax papers they rejected and upload the 2020 tax paper?

You don't have to delete them ....
Just go ahead and upload the recent IRS Transcript as requested.
It won't take long before you get response...
But the time frame can't really be predicted this days.
If that is your only outstanding document...
The next mail should be case complete.

I am on the 120 days wait already. .... Though what matters is the pace of interviews in various embassies... F4 will get earlier dates.... Because they have earliest dates of documentary qualification.

Has anyone gotten information from Us Embassy Nigeria. Is it that they are not issuing fresh immigrant visa appointments yet?

Yes, i am current already ..... And I have received 120 days notice mail from NCV.
I learned embassies will be resuming fully from July and shall go back to normal daily interview strength.

It's F4 Category.... There are people who got DQ in October 2019.... No interview yet.

I think your Mum is supposed to inform them NVC or USCIS, but really it doesnt matter since NVC has already asked to submit documents.

I expect for both F1 and F2B your pd has passed so you are on the queue to be interviewed as soon as you are documentarily qualified. DQ can only happen when you have submitted your documents and it has been accepted.

Nothing you can do right now apart from submitting your docs and get DQ, then wait for interview

By default they should have sent interview letter but it's no more as usual...
The wait is still on.

I will advice you concentrate on whatever you do right now. That will really help you cope with the waitttttt. .....
You are on a long queue. You will need to exercise patience.

NVC will not request for Passport Photographs. ..

The Embassy might start sending fresh interview notices for those that have been current since last year.......
I pray insecurity will not suspend thier operations.
