But as he's tackling his, a smart person will be assessing the situation and there are countless scenarios when you'd help your neighbour too as you're tackling yours. For example, let's say your fire is very big and your neighbour's own is tiny and your neighbour has 13 children. So you (assuming you're smart) will put on your steel-toed work book, stamp out your neighbour's little fire with your feet and then ask him to ask his 13 children to take their buckets to start pouring fire on yours. Countless other scenarios too.

2. Russia haven't taken any territories since February to March.

3. Ukraine has been having major break throughs in taking back territories from Russia.
