I'm sorry for giving you plenty work jor.
You can leave it for Mukina to attend to at dawn, if it's much of a bother to you. I already notified her.

UBA Africard is a very good one. I use it frequently in Nigeria and out of Nigeria with no hassles whatsoever. However, take note that foreign ATM w/d charge is about N1050 - when withdrawing outside naija.

Best part is that you can apply and get the card same day with just N1k as it is not attached to any bank account - it's a stand alone -
Do u use it to feed your Fx account? It sounds good,i was there yesterday but the card wasn't marketed that good to me.Wl check again

You can also use it to shop online conveniently. I have tested this on Facebook, Google, namecheap, etc with no probs.

Finally, it has the feature of checking your transaction history online. You can as well perform a card-to-card transfer to another card holder via the internet.

....and in case any of una think say I dey work for UBA (cos of the lengthy "promotion" ), the answer is no smiley

I am just a satisfied user of the card, and trying to help out.

By Gosh who has the time to spare bandying words with Miss Funmi that calls herself (aloy-Emeka) whose hatred for Igbos is making her want to commit suicide because she just can't grasp how this dashing /handsome yoruba guy can go and marry that sweet looking Igbo lady. The bile and poison in her small tribalistic mind is stiffling, Isabella fans herself with her hands while saying "Ouch" how are you guys bearing her in this thread.

Now Roger this Miss Funmi Aloy-emeka
Adaeze and her mum are such classy/beautiful ladies that they were able to attract stars to themselves. Did you hear that? Why don't you remove the frowns and fix your face perhaps you can attract one to yourself too. If you don't like that you can frown down to that place made for haters like you who can't love their fellow human being/Nigerians simply because they speak languages different from theirs. What disgusting low-mindedness?It's such hatred in the hearts of people like you that causes people to kill other people in this country in the name of tribalism/religion. You are so living in the dark ages. I never knew that people will respond to this thread because nairalanders have learnt to avoid your hate filled thread. Why am I even wasting my precious time here? Excuse me somebody?

Dating And Meet-up Zone / Re: Single And Looking For A Honest And God Fearing Man In Canada Or USA by Isabella89: 2:34pm On Dec 22, 2010
We are not saying that people shouldn't get their thousand usernames, the main issue here is that a lady rants about her husband/spouse in another thread and in the next one hour goes to another thread with another username to seek a partner and on top of it is snobbing people.

I hope she got the message Ivynwa was sending to her which is that she should not come to nairaland to look down on people and consider people idlers, busybodies, unwise posters that have no thinking faculty.

Have all the fun you want with your usernames yet let us respect others even if they are not opportuned to be as educated or as wise as you think you are.

People let us be merciful and not talk too much lest the husband whom
"she loves very much and won't trade for anything"
(even when she is looking for another man right under our nose) logs into Nairaland and learns of her unfaithfulness. We definitely don't want to break up anybody's relationship, we are all brothers and sisters and one of our purpose of socializing here is to relate, socialize and look out for one another(not that we are unwise as Apeke thinks we are).

You know one of the reasons I love Nigeria is that anybody in the community is free to chide and correct an erring child to normalcy as Apeke is being corrected here.

Vadewoyin« #117 on: December 16, 2010, 11:11 PM »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well I wouldn't say my spouse habit is annoying but I believe it can be sometimes frustrating when you have a spouse that likes to take his time everytime

Am on the other hand a go-getter but my husband likes to take his time, I don't like it.

Well I told him am going to post something here so it's won't be a surprise to him. Sorry darling at least I didn't mention your name
I still love him very much though I won't trade him for anything

BUSTED!!! Were you referring to this her post above Dayokanu, You are really a very sharp guy to notice this strange behaviour of this poster. How can a woman say that she is married in another thread and within the next one hour get another username to ask for a new man in Canada or USA. It's very strange.

She does not know that we all know that Apeke1= Vadewoyin.
Now who is more technologically advanced, apeke1 or the Nairalanders she is labelling busy bodies and unwise posters in her poll here. You see why it is not good to form and feel like "I am better, wiser and more educated than everybody". I am sure that by the time she returns to this thread again she will realize how technologically backward she really is and that unwise busybodies that are wise after all abound in Nairaland.

@poster
I feel for you dear and though I agree that it should be a matter between you and your wife----I still understand that it's making you so unhappy that you confided in us. Our culture is such that have given some women the idea that sex is a man's thing and makes them detest it. This is one of the greatest problems that assails most Nigerian marriages today, I even noticed a little bit of it in my parents marriage, my Pop seemed to be a bit starved too and this is not fair on good and faithful men like you dear. Most couples fight and bicker over this, it causes tears and wears and separation in marriages. It is a delicate matter and you should be careful and not take bad advice like the one given by that useless Mobo444 thing, such can kill your marriage okay Baby.
I think you need to help enlighten your wife, get her books, CDs and stuffs that can let her know women are having fun sexually too and that it is not just all about trying to make a man happy. I appreciate the openness of the new age Nigerian women like Gabry even though I agree that sex is better left in marriage(I admire the braveness of that lady)----she has such healthy outlook to sex that I will advise you let her get friendly wt your wife and chat away any misgivings that prevents her from enjoying an active sexual life.

@Tink_sh
You even accorded that Mobo444 guy more respect than he deserved, I bet you are shocked that a human being can talk like that. The guy seems to be on the loose here in Nairaland, most people can't stand him. It's ashamed that a foreigner like you quickly noticed that black sheep of ours. Just ignore that and pretend like you never heard a human talk like that okay Baby.

Romance / Re: ff by Isabella89: 9:44pm On Jul 29, 2010
There's no denying the fact that behind these cases lie the immaturity, inferiority complex and jealousy some Nigerian men exhibit when their wives are earning more than they are. Some forget that two have become one and that what really matters is good care for their family and not the number of papermoney she makes more than them. Some women also contribute and feed these insecurities when they get disrespectful instead of protecting and cuddling the ego of their men which is already at breaking point. As a result of that any little misunderstanding can make such a man who is already feeling insecure and less of a man trip. We all should give one another more understanding and love people.
