Isale's daddy doesn't like Buhari

Isale: Mother, so, I was talking to daddy about the elections coming up. So, mo n so pe n'igba time Buhari ati Idiagbon . . . the war against indiscipline and all that, when things weren't anywhere near as bad as they are now, maybe we'll start getting Nigeria back on its track with Buhari coming in. All the corruption and looting and foolishness of Goodluck - OK I know you liked GEJ before sha and you said he was a nice man and maybe even voted for him in 2011. Anyway, daddy really doesn't like Buhari and I wanted to get more into it with him but didn't have the time. He was just po sheing about the man. He said he's a fundamentalist and he curtailed civilian rule and our independence in the past and he cannot now say he's for democracy. But I suspect maybe it's due to him being allied with Tinubu's party. I know he doesn't like crooked Tinubu but Buhari isn't Tinubu now. He's his own man. What's daddy's problem with him?

update:
mother corrected me by saying her response had been 'sebi boya n tori o ti je e ri' not 'boya n tori o ti je mo la.' it was kinda funny at d time and i didnt take her response seriously cos i knew he didnt think that way. it'd be ironic, considering he speaks fluent hausa and looks it too. lol.
more convo on election and the bruhaha later. says shes solidly straight apc ticket despite her aged cousin telling her to side wt d extended family to stick it to tinubus party cos of some succession issue. so much political intrigue wt awon omo eko. hahaha. ok. lips sealed.

I figure we can separate the wheat from the chaff and see if any of these know-alls around here know what these pictures represent.

I know two people that will definitely know what they are. . .when they were made . . .how much they sold for . . .what their true meanings are to Naija culture etc etc. cheesy

Anyway, I know we're all honorable Omoluabis here (except for Dobosky) so I need not say "No cheating." tongue

Morning All,
This is to notify you guys that 2 representatives from TeHN are now en-route to LUTH for confirmation and further clarification of how events played out yesterday.

We’ve also been informed that he is to be buried around 4pm today in line with Islamic rights.

We plan to visit the parents so as to extend Nairaland community’s heartfelt condolences to them.

Kind Regards

Be rest assured that we are not giving up on you. TeHN is already part of your family, you have some of our numbers on speed dial, we just need more people to get involved for your own good so TeHN can focus on being your family.

I don't know the girl from Adam, paid her private university fees that she had used to settle medical bills at the hospital out of my good heart, told her to keep this a secret because I don't donate openly because the Bible condemns this, and I directed a couple of kind hearted Nairalanders who wanted to donate to the girl to mail Tehn and get their account details to donate to them directly for accountability purposes...Tehn's rep misconstrued this info and started insinuating that they can't give out their coin-laden bank account details because I might be a scammer...so I had to stick my spiky boots far up their ar'se...

So Aunty isalegan2, Aunty agbaya ti o mo ara e lagba, your life must be one very interesting one to be stalking the moniker "busybody" up and down NL...keep it up alainikanse, mafilomindasi, ekeyofuro, o wa lara e cool Iwofa lenu, so keep yakking away like oku ti won gba aso lorun e. We know your type... cool
LOL. I could care less about you. Don't start sh!!t if you don't want none!

If that's the case, you'll be gladly refunded. I'll personally make sure of it.
R231, you have heard Ms Caracta say she will make sure you refund the N150,000k I gave Tehn for "tehn company registration and the rest of the coins loaned for sundry expenses"...Thank God it is only N500,000k in total pere, so hopefully I would be expecting this, this week. And none is from any donation. Thanks...many thanks to you Ms Caracta for hastening this.
Babymama1, I left that DJ thread because of what this odious, vile, thicko, pond scum called Isale$*?@:# said on DJ's thread. What she is referring to happened over 2 years ago on a charity thread, the only ONE post I made to Perx stated she was not a suitable candidate for surgery because she has Fibromyalgia that no reputable hospital would operate on her, etc...people jumped on me telling me to shut up, get out of the thread, etc...never mind the fact that Perx's response to me included "thanks busybody"...PERX DIED...people now later came to post that I should have been allowed to talk...(see below)

Now I try to talk about the hospital in DJ's case but got antagonised and was told to shut up by same oam4j people who said I should have been allowed to talk in Perx' case...I don't understand human beings anymore and would have given up on them if not for God... cry sad sad sad

Low IQ parade.... Disgusting really... Can anyone with an IQ above -5 contribute here pls?
Well, Nigerians love anything the White man likes, since the time of the lying missionaries and the 90s wave of American Evangelical movement till now, Naijas have taken to the born-again movement like club soda to coca-cola syrup. So, you will not get too many open minds on this topic; mostly invectives and mud-flinging. undecided

My take: I'm not sure the person known as Jesus was invented however. He may have lived, but the legend created around him undoubtedly was almost all myth.

BTW, speaking of myth. . .these people will stone you if you dare to tell them to consider the creation myth of their own ancestors for a change.

Happy Holidays!

I was in a public library recently. As I walked out, I noticed what looked like an exhibition of an artist's work. The theme was undoubtedly African inspired. Despite the fact that int he past you did have African-Americans displaying some level of interest in African cluture and designs, the first thing that came to my mind was "I wonder if that's a Naija artist. . ."
