Simpletons populate Nairaland now. People hurling invectives at womenfolk just because they cannot tell a middle-aged woman apart from a 20-something year old. That lady pictured is no doubt in her 40s. You can't find a new judge under the age of 30 and this lady has been one for some time. undecided

I will advise moderators to pay particular attention to the following:
The religious intolerance and the prevalence of threads that incite hatred against other religions and tribes;
The violent rhetoric against the female gender;
The pornographic content in posts outside of sexuality section;
The harassment and abuse hurled at posters and their parents (usually their mothers) that contravene your own posted rules.

Unless you sanction such behaviour, of course.

What kinda deliverance are you talking about?! I was born into a Muslim family, but have never worshipped with the Muslims since I was born. I was baptised and confirmed as a Christian. You're just like those guys I silenced in the Church today. Your post reeks of religious bigotry. Is it stated anywhere in the Bible that a Christian must vote (for) a Christian?! We're talking of change, you're here playing religious card in Politics.

There's no way a man who could/did not islamize Nigeria in the 80's as a Military Dictator, islamize us as a civilian President. Since he cannot and will never do that, then I have nothing to fear about. Stop being a religious bigot. You're not more christian-ed than those of us who support this man.

If any of your relations were among those guys who lost their lives at the last immigration (sham) recruitment exercise, you wouldn't have been playing this religious cared!
The Don! cheesy cool

I'm watching oo. These religious bigots won't let us rest.

No matter what ploy they try, we know Buhari is the man for 2015 and beyond. The Otueke dimwit already admitted he can't wrap his tiny brain around the pressing issues that confront his presidency. Instead of allowing him to sink Nigeria into further chaos, we'd rather give him his walking papers! Bye-bye!

The mentally challenged OP and the humanoid supermoderator that placed it on front page must share a brain.

Laughing at Africans in their native state shows how far we either to go or how far behind we've fallen. Some of you really are pathetic. The White racist took many pictures of your ancestors too. Some cultures were fully clothed, some partially clothed. Wait till they bring yours out.

Jonathan's lackeys are running scared. The attempt at defamation by Abati did not have the desired effect - quite the opposite.

In the beginning of the thread, regular people were expressing their heartfelt opinions about happenings in Nigeria. As the TaNoids kept count, they saw opinions were massively against them.

Out came the refurbished but ever-more-desperate 40 laptop crew to spew propaganda tinged with religious bigotry and tribal prejudice. That's all you know! Africans are tired of that game! Try something else. We see through you.

The only way Jonathan will stay in Aso Rock past May 2015 is if he signs on to be Osinbanjo's driver. (You know Dame Patience won't let him ride back with her to Otueke). grin

Jokes EtcRe: Space Bookers Association Of Nairaland (S.B.AN): An Exposé by isalegan2: 6:42pm On Nov 17, 2014
ddooskie:
Who we are?
We are the Space Bookers Association of Nairaland.
What do we do?
We justle for space on the FrontPage(FP) even though we may not have meaningful contributions to the post.
How do we do it?
i. We download the Nairaland mobile app to get updates on new FP topics.
ii. We troll the forum for potential FP posts.
Why do we do this?
We love to have our monicker on the FP and probably get 'likes' to register our existence in the forum.

Where do we meet?
We meet on every frontpage 'FP' material and sometimes on any post that has the potential of making it to the FP; here, we register our presence with,
"in case"
"I was here"
"I'll come back when this makes FP" or "still sleeping, wake me when this makes FP"
and "I smell FP."

Is this your main job?
No! Once we get the update, we leave everything else to "bookspace" cheesy and later put it up for sale cheesy
Have you sold any of the spaces you've booked?
No data shows that sir but some people do negotiate, they quote you for price of the "land" cheesy

Is it possible to sell a space on NL?
Wait! Lemme as Ifa. cheesy
What'z the craze for FP, are you getting paid for making comments on the frontpage?
cheesy Yes! Lending a voice or just making up the numbers on FP is more than enough cheesy

Can you describe your members?
;DSure! Why not. By their fruits...
1. The "ok" group- no matter how serious the matter is, their comment is always "ok". Some quote the whole post to comment "ok" at the end.
2. The consonants group- they use "q", "k", "jjj" most of these people later modify with meaningful comments, or jokes.

3. Those who make comments before reading. "Lemme book space first"
4. Lazy folks- these ones don't read long posts but usually ask people to summarize for them.

5. The weed smokers- they ask the OP what s/he smokes "OP, na cowdung u smoke? abeg gimme small make I high" or "obviously d OP is on cheap drugs" "U smoke wet weed?"

6. The 'rocks your boat' crew. They'd say, "whatever floats your goat/boat" as the case may be.

7. Issorait guys
8. Pinshures or adonbilivit
9. Ignorant ones- "Please what is an Ini Edo, we don't know anything like that here. I studied in France"
"Who is Wizkid, is he the son of WizKhalifa?

10. People asking for SAUCE(source)

11. Smiley space bookers cheesy cheesycheesy they book space with smileys sometimes irrelevant ones.
12. The searchers- "I'm still searching for the joke." "what is this one saying?" "Wait!, lemme ask Ifa"
i. Omawumi's descendants: "if u ask me, na who I go ask?" cheesy

13. The unconcerned: "story for the gods" "I'm I meant to comment on this?" "Tell them" "Aah shoki" "Kermit peeps"
14. GEJ till infinity folks.
POST: Davido buys a new pair of boxers.
COMMENT: "GEJ is working"

15. 3D viewers- they spread mats and put on their 3D cinema glasses.
16. I'm here to read the comments.
17. Landlords- Proud 'land' owners and they warn people to steer clear of their 'property'
18. FTC, STC, TTC and people who missed it by whiskers. They'd be like, "I will soon get there"

I'm not expected to know all nah cheesy but the following are gradually going into oblivion:

19. Official derailers
i. People who don't have chargers. "abeg who get pin mouth charger?
ii. People who want to charge their mobile phones. "shey light dey ur side, my fone don nearly die"
iii. People who want to soak garri
iv. Traffic officers: "Oga' face front" "Park well jhor"

20. ETT warrios cheesy to them, every news strip is a sign of End Time Things.
.......................just like kermit...
From one satirist to another, this is brilliant! Sorry I had to quote it all for posterity. grin cheesy

Idolatry has destroyed the black race. For further reading get a book "what's wrong with being black" by Matthew Ashimolowo. Very explosive research work.

In as much as the blacks still believes in voodoo, Juju and human sacrifices, they wont get anywhere.

There is definitely a curse on the black race.

The great grand father of the blacks is Nimrod, a cusite. A great warrior who first created the world empire and ruled the world.
Maybe there is a curse on your people. Speak for yourself.

cap28:
The black race can still rule the world, I am a strong believer in the teachings of the Honourable Marcus Mosiah Garvey.

Garvey states that:

“[T]he Negro peoples of the world should concentrate upon the object of
building up for themselves a great nation in Africa. . . [of] creating for
ourselves [there] a political superstate . . . a government, a nation of our own,
strong enough to lend protection to the members of our race scattered all
over the world, and to compel the respect of the nations and races of the
earth. . . .”

For me the above statement summarises what we need to be focusing on. Failure to pay heed to that statement means that we will remain slaves to the white race forever.
