I have been avoiding TV news, knowing how nauseating they can be. Right now, I am driven to anger and sadness viewing the likes of the liar and opportunistic Colin "Iraq has chemical weapons" Powell sputtering on, on CBS Morning News as if he was Mandela's best friend. I assure you the only time I will cry during this time of mourning will be for the utter cynicism and abject lack of conscience n the part of these vultures.


P.S. Now there's a White smarmy-looking guy "friend of Robert DeNiro" on TV claiming he was part of Mandela's inner circle and knew him for 20 years and Mandela was best man at his wedding and godfather to his children. Funny.

I'm curious about Winnie. She is a true fighter to the end.

Bossforeva: That's not popular in Nigeria, tis only popular in Crime Channel of DSTv. Anyway i've read of major crimes in the world, including how Versace was murdered so i dnt think tis heard of in Nigeria.

Oh, my query sounded gory, but I actually don't like gory stuff. I hardly ever post or read the Disgusting crime section. lol. (Maybe the info is there, now that I think about it.)

I was just curious about the data because of my interest in the judiciary, but I can search the court records when I have time.

BTW, the "magician" murder happened in Naija. That was the first time I ever read about a Naija killing someone (and the body been discovered after the tenant ran off and left his flat). I was pretty young, and shocked.

A lot of those seem to be economic-related crimes, though violent.

What info do you have on cold-blooded murders and (serial) murderers? The criminally insane or sociopath who simply killed just for the thrill of it? I remember reading a news story about an amateur "magician" guy, in the guise of a Professor Peller, who had a body cut up and stashed in a suitcase in his house.
