Still a tap in and you don't need precision to score from 4 or 5 yards out , nothing stunning about it except the positioning which even basic for any striker cromz: Noo it required instinct and precision in Finidi by many would miss that |

Once tomori initiate a switch process he will get a call up from england nelszx: Tomori can still play for Nigeria, he's very much eligible (FIFA rule as amended). The only thing stopping him now is him. Once he shows interest and the switch process starts it'd only be a matter of time. |

Yeah they only need her pace when they play a big team especially teams that like to build from the back but in the league azeezat just wait in the box for a tap in GeneralDae: Yeah but it's rare. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 11:12am On Sep 26, 2021 |
Barcelona vs man city ....barca used used azeezat pace a lot to put pressure on man city GeneralDae: You can see that Asissat rarely uses her pace these days because she is now a goal poacher surrounded by good midfielders and wingers. However her game of pace is still needed by Nigeria and that may be why we can't get her to play the way she did pre Barcelona. |

Buliwyf: Stop projecting your insecurities on God. It's only Christian hubris that will lead a man to think that God always wants to spend time with him, sleep with a woman to give birth to himself and then sacrifice himself to himself to be able to spend eternity with humans. What a load of meaningless horseshit.
You guys are inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. Every human is. |

I wonder if a prayer has ever fixed any country in the world , I mean gather all the stupid religious leader in nigeria and tell them to pray and make a muddy road turn a tarred road without any company working on it and let's see what happens ChrisKels: That is the bane of this shithole. The mentality of an average Nigerian has been messed up due to religion. Instead of holding the politicians we elected accountable, like the sane climes do, we resort to preposterous prayers. Bros, abeg delete my name from the list of those citizens to pray for Nigeria, I don't do such stupid things |

I think the cancelation of the last u20 world cup has affected the way we inject new players to the national by now we would has seen a replacement for all the tired leg in the team AkinDS: All in all, a great tournament for the development of women's football in Africa. For Nigeria, a good slap in the face for us. We've been coasting along all these years and were derelict in refreshing our team and doing away with the old guard. The team has been LONG overdue for that. The likes of Ordega, Oparanozie, Okobi, Chikwelu need to be done away with. Bring in the new girls and groom them.
Randy Waldrum clearly has his work cut out for him. In fairness, we missed the likes of Ajibade, Payne sisters, Onumonu, Okeke & Ohale, to name a few BUT the best team of the tournament won today. Nigeria NEEDS to move forward. We still have a good team to win it all on the continent BUT we need to be serious about our refresh program and the building of a younger and more competitive team to ensure our qualification for the Nations cup and indeed and most importantly, the World Cup. We have a LONG way to go and we need to be serious about it!!!
As VP Akinwunmi said after the game, glad this happened NOW and not when we are playing Ghana, when there is ZERO margin for error.
Kudos to South Africa and the 2021 African Women's Player of the year (in waiting), Thembi Kgatlana. |
