Just as someone suggested here that I should go back to NONSO, the guy that registered my sister for the GRE....
Finally, I was able to get him to respond to the issue. I'm very glad he was able to settle it amicably and I thank him for that.

The guy said my sister would have to pay the $250 before her gre result will be sent to the schools she applied to.
This information was not given to her before she paid the 50k for the registration last year October.
The guy that collected the money and registered her is NONSO by name.
Most guys here should know him.
He even told my sister to register again.
Could you imagine.
Please, I need help here.

My friend wants to know as he prepares for her younger sister's MSc studies in USA.
I know the money must be in his account six months before the interview date. The account must be a servicing account as well but I can't just remember the minimum amount.

She applied for PhD Epidemiology in University of Michigan, University of Columbia, New York University and Yale University and got rejection in all. One of the reasons was late submission of applications.
Bsc Wes is 3.36
MSc Wes is 3.59
She contacted one Professor last week in Mississippi College, indicated interest for MSc Applied Exercise Physiology and two of them had zoom meeting.
Now, the Prof. wants her to join her research group next fall. She promised her GA slot next fall also.
Please, how can she pay and send her evaluated Wes transcript to the Graduate School?

Yea, you still have up to date collective memory of my entire setup. Swapping my felicity inverter and Morningstar Mppt for victron was my future designed plan, if victron will still maintain the lead then.

Currently, I'm working on how to control the existing system online and maintain/control the charging profile of the battery bank with my oversized pv.

Since Raspberry Pi could capture data from my felicity inverter via serial, Mppt via modbus TCP and BMV via vebus, then I've less worries as regards monitoring.
SKILLED HAND for the integration of central monitoring dashboard is what I may not get in Akwa Ibom State. Please, I may appreciate recommendations from the neighbouring states.
All I currently need is satisfaction of my investment.

I've an oversized pv and I may like to still install a device that will limit, regulate or control the amount of amps going into my batteries, though Morningstar Mppt also does that to a larger extend. It might make sense to have a supportive device installed.
