It seems the Teaching hospital in your pics is owned by the state government (not the federal government) since LASU offers medicine, too. Hence, the federal government still deems it necessary to create a "big" federal hospital in the state.

Edit: I looked at the images you posted again and it seems I am right. The Federal medical center was established (1964) around the time Unilag was created which hints that Unilag might not offer medicine at the time it was created. The federal hospital in Lagos state is called the Federal Medical center, not a teaching hospital. The Teaching hospital is state-owned.

Every appearance of God is a manifestation; revelation only occurs in the absence of the subject(s) or in the absence of knowledge about certain subject by the subject.

Polygamy is as old as man. This is no divine oversight. It should have been expressly forbidden. Men have been marrying more than one wife since the first man roamed the earth. If there is not one, not a single portion of scripture where God says, "A man MUST NOT marry more than one wife..." than I wonder where you got your doctrine from.
