One rudiment of blogging is making your piece as catchy as possible. If a story can be told in a few lines, tell it that way. Making unnecessarily long posts that bore and distract is not the way to blog. I for one only read the first paragraph and blanked out the rest because they are irrelevant to the story.

Go back to the drawing board. I'm an avid reader, but your posts always turn me off from exercising my imagination.
