Unfortunately, you are correct. A presidential pardon overrides the authority of the court to convict. Once pardoned, you are as clean as a slate. Yes, time does fly. I actually just turned 57, and Olori turns 50 next week. Daughter number 1 graduated from university last year and is going to medical school next year.
