Please try Samuel Kalu in the 10 position today, even if for just 15 minutes. Thanks. |

Joebie: oga I defended Tammy in the days when the matter hot hot well well.. The aftermath was expected by me at a point.. This is not about Tammy as it may seem by many of you. the koko be say many naija people hate the boy now for obvious reasons..And I would have defended any Naija player that faces such criticisms.. I have defended Iorfa, Nedum Onouha and a host of others in similar predicament on this thread (Although Tammy own big own with he red carpet talk no be small matter. let's not be catching anyhow feelings for ordinary thread.. I can fight with Nerdie or any moniker, e no mean say tomorrow I go bone am.. it's not that so serious.. I just want make he quantify the "rise" at least make I understand then I go praise am when he happen, because for now he is the self proclaimed "master of the art of patience and calculated projections on teams and talents". lol.. that na BIG title oh.. but e no call for fight.. I just wan understand.. I would so gladly want to monitor the situation going forward.. no hard feelings at all.. no dey defend wetin no be fight. It's not serious. Are u now the police to question who I quote? Na only Nerdie i don quote for hear? You sef why are u quoting me? lol
Modified.. which one be jealousy again now? which kind talk be that? we are not kids here You will be surprised to know that I often click share on Nerdie's post. He himself knows that. See ehn Joebie I must be frank with you most of these things are very very childish. I'm often taken aback by how people behave here. Any mature person would know you're just trying to get the banter going with him and move on after your previous quarrel but it's not working for now. Now someone is misreading the situation to mean you're jealous of him. Can you imagine? It's like the kind of thing you'll hear back then in secondary school. These things did not start today. As far back as a year ago I started following the thread I noticed how people will snub your mentions days and weeks after you had a heated argument. All your efforts to exchange banter and move on would be in vain because the person will be keeping that beef. So it's not something recent. As it is Joebie, being my blunt self I'll say many here are quite intelligent but very few are mature. I'll advice you so next time someone would not come out to imply you're "jealous". If you try chatting up people and they're not responding, best leave them alone, they'll come around later. |

Not too sure though but for short, They called it Superclasico trophy Yeah. Look at what a normal person is comparing with the UEFA nations league. They will use this thing to troll Messi in the years to come.

tbaba1234: Many Nigerian Journalists want to see Rohr fired. Some of these journalists are paid by agents to promote this. They want to return us back to the era where they can settle the coach to invite a player.
This year has shown us what happens when we abandon merit.
Our local coaches have shown that they are incapable of avoiding the lure of $$$ for the chance at glory.
Now, Pinnick is trying to introduce a local league quota into Rohr's new contract compelling him to pick players in the local league. What exactly does this achieve? Why do we love to promote mediocrity?
Where are all the local players promoted by Keshi?? Unfortunately, this idea of getting local players into the super eagles is for selfish interests. They just want to sell players, simple.. It does nothing for the league. The real steps needed to improve the league are not been taken.
I hope they will not destroy the super eagles too. The beginning of the end. |

Olulong: Injury has also not been good too
The guy missed about 4 games due to injury, looks like the coach probably still has him in his plans cause he came back from injury and still made the bench. I still think he's our best winger based on his End Product. He should still be able to make it at Monaco just that the coach prefers a 4-4-2. Maybe he can go on loan and get a good run of games just to restore his confidence ☆☆☆ |

Kbs468: SAMUEL KALU Reveals His Two Best Positions; Partnership With Bordeaux Pal Josh Maja
Published: November 15, 2019
Samuel Kalu has revealed that his two best playing positions are the support striker and winger roles.
Predominantly a right winger, he has been deployed as a left winger by manager Gernot Rohr in his last two matches for the national team, with Villarreal's Samuel Chukwueze playing as an inverted winger.
Kalu showed his versatility by playing as a right wing-back in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa held in Johannesburg last year.
Speaking to our colleagues Naija Footballers via YouTube , Kalu said :''I can play both sides of the flank, I also play as a supporting striker.''
The Bordeaux number 10 went on to reveal that he has a great relationship with Super Eagles teammate Josh Maja on the pitch.
''It's all good, sometimes if we play together, we work together, he always tells me to give him the crosses.
''Anytime both of us are playing, he will know that he will have a lot of crosses, he has to put himself in a good position.''
Kalu netted the game-winning goal for the Super Eagles as they came from a goal down to beat Benin 2-1 in a 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match on Wednesday.
Ifeanyi Emmanuel
ANS Samuel Kalu as a 10, why didn't I think of this earlier? He's got the technique and is very mobile. But the vision, that final pass?? Ahh, can't say. |

Curtisaxel7: Watching Montenegro against England taught me to respect Gernot Rohr's tactical decisions against big teams.
The Montenegro team attempted to match England strength for strength, trying to keep possession and attack when they can, and the result is there for all to see. They played bravely, entertained thier fans, and lost woefully.
Rohr would NEVER lose to ANY team by that margin. Call his style boring and conservative, but he has never lost to any team by more than two goals. Not to England, Argentina or Brazil.
Rohr may not be dishing out eye-catching fantastic football at the moment, but he certainly gets his results.
Please let's respect Gernot Rohr. Unfortunately, human beings usually shun good advice. Until they're stung. |
