I think something else must be wrong because, I funded my AliExpress pocket last night with GTB MasterCard and I ordered Xiaomi mi 5 with it.
Try funding your Ali pocket, instead of using your your card directly

Now that has been resolved and have funded my alipocket.

I have the same issue with Access Bank Visa card. The card is new, in fact, I opened the account because of AliExpress so that I can have additional funding to Gtbank MasterCard.

The difference is; this card is mine and in my name. I have already funded $100 with GTB MasterCard remaining $100 to buy Redmi note 4.

The error message is: payment unsuccessful. There has been previous fraudulent transactions on this card. Please contact your card issuer.

Do you think I need to go to Access Bank as the error dialog suggest?
