Talented actress, Funlola Aofiyebi Raimi is a year older today November 24th and she chose to celebrate it by celebrating recreating the looks of veteran actresses in the movie industry.

Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, born Abibat Oluwafunmilola Aofiyebi and known informally as FAR, is a Nigerian actress. Funlola is the last of seven children, born to a businesswoman mother and an entrepreneur father. The name FAR came after she got married and has become her signature. FAR had an early start on stage and television, with her aunt Teni Aofiyebi, a renowned theatre artist, who has also become a doting mother to her son. She is married to advertising guru Olayinka Raimi.

The music star who has registered an amazing year in his career with two chart-topping albums, Grammy award for Best Rap Performance category, and just concluded Legendary Nights Tour with Meek Mill, is set to continue in this greatness as he journeys to Africa’s commercial hub, Lagos.

Future, who recently dropped his seventh studio album, The WIZRD, has a large fan base in Nigeria which can be traced back since the release of his debut studio album, Magnified and other smashing hits such as ‘Mask off’ and ‘Turn on the lights’. With seven successful albums under his belt, Future is one of the most loved rappers of our generation.

The international superstar made the announcement on his fan page @futurexsavage, he said “For all my Nigerian followers, Future will be performing in Lagos on December 29th”

The event is organised by Toro Entertainment Company (TEC) and there are more surprises as fans countdown to the event day.

Future Live in Concert joins the list of other anticipated concerts in December including Kizz Daniel Live and 2baba Live which hold December 26 & 28 2019 respectively.

A video showing Army officials assaulting men of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority LASTMA after one of them was stopped for flouting traffic laws, has surfaced online.

The soldier was caught using the road track meant only for the Lagos Bus Rapid Transit BRT along Onipanu road and when he was stopped by the LASTMA officials, he and one of his other colleague decided to engage them in a heated argument that led to one of the soldiers punching the LASTMA official.

OAP Do2dtun has attacked Daddy Freeze who recently advised rape victims to hold their peace unless they have a good story.

Freeze stated this in reaction to the judgement b a court in Abuja which threw out the rape case filed by Busola Dakole against Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Meanwhile, COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo has reacted to the Federal High Court ruling which threw away the rape case filed against him by Busola Dakolo.

The case was dismissed with the court basing it on being empty and inspired by sentiments.

Reacting to the victory, Fatoyinbo issued the below statement:

“The victory is of the Lord. We dedicate it to those who stand by us. The victory belongs to God not to me or COZA. We will not share in His glory. The enemies are after the Church and not after me per se.

“They only used me as a scapegoat to launch the attacks. We know that faithful is He who has called us.

“I salute the courage and the support of my beautiful and godly wife, my lovely children, members of COZA family and those who stand by us.

“May God be praised in your life. I bear no grudge against those who were used by the adversary of the Church but instead, I pray for them that we should come together to fight the common enemies of the Church.

“My soul goes to men who are wrongly accused and women who are or have been abused. May God heal the wounds of everyone of us in Jesus Name”.

A physical challenged groom has to social media to narrate how he met his bride.

According to his story;

I met Sozo around September 2015. My cousin had just come visiting from Abuja to Zaria where I was with my mum. Apparently, my cousin Eka had come with Sozo and another friend of hers. I saw Sozo but at first, she wasn’t my kind of girl, looked annoying, had little bow legs and looked too serious.

I think I still had my head up in the clouds so I didn’t see her well. Well, I came back to Abuja much later and met her again and we became friends. We built a real friendship from there. I thought it was time I got serious with my relationship so I took out time to pray about my life partner. I had conviction and I simply got a ring.

On the 25th of December same year, I came over to her and simply slipped a ring into it without her consent. Well, we were so real as friends, so she laughed and we flowed like that. We grew to like ourselves too much before we fell in love. We simply were so real and true with ourselves. Around October, we travelled to Jos to see her mum who was battling breast cancer then (we eventually lost her).

While, Sozo and I were with her and I thought it was time to slip the second ring. I went on my knees in the hospital and asked her to marry me in front of her mother after her mother had finished teasing me that I was behaving like an expecting hen when she saw my restlessness before proposing. We needed to be back to Abuja for an exam and catch up on some programs.

On our way back, just an hour into Abuja at Kagarko, we had an accident. It was a public vehicle but we three -Sozo, my cousin (the same cousin as above) and I were seated at the back. The driver was a bit unstable and we had warned him. Some minutes after, in the bid of trying to avoid an oncoming truck overtaking another truck against our lane and avoid a collision, the car tumbled several times and that was it.

Sizing sustained multiple hip fractures which kept her on the bed for three months. My cousin had a femur fracture and is now better. But I had a spinal compression on my c5c6. I went through surgery and subsequently sustained a bed sore of 7cm deep and 5cm wide and 7cm long.
