OPV is oral polio vaccine.

I don't know for Australia but I know generally, travelling with liquid is frowned at so what I do for red oil is put them in this small lucozade plastic containers and freeze them. I bring them out the day i am leaving and wrap them in newspapers and put in ziploc bag.

Silverbird and aboniki is allowed. I travel with mentholatum, Robb, aboniki, silverbird, ori e.t.c cos this children can perform magic.

Safety pin, needle and thread is allowed but please not in your hand luggage or hand bag. Pack it in the luggage you are checking in but these things are cheap over there sha. Concentrate on carrying those things you know you can't get easily.

Your twin is kuku fine, we're battling cough and cattarh. Since our twin likes swallow do the AS like swallow and give him. Do different soups like ewedu, okro, and egusi. Small, small he'll start eating. I'll collect that stuff this weekend and get it across to you

For the poo, if he is exclusively breastfed, there is no need to worry. The grunting doesn't always mean they are trying to push the poo out.

My son stayed for 10days without pooing. Took him to the hospital and was sent home with nothing.

We are at the "I won't eat anything stage". I have tried every cereal you can think of:
Cerelac, Nutribon, Gerber, Frisogold, Ridelac, Cow and gate, August secrets, Akamu......Nothing worked.

I tried semo and okro soup, he took but little quantity. I gave him mashed sweet potatoes with avocado, it stuck in his throat and made him throw up. I don tire. This is just a rant post.

If you want to enjoy your sleep, just keep her on your bed.

I battled same with my baby and he won. The guy refused sleeping in the cot. He wakes every 15 minutes but put him on our bed, he will sleep and only wake up to feed.

Since birth she only wakes up once or twice a night to feed, 3 max if she sleeps super early but these days once I put her on her back to sleep, she'd roll over on her tummy and keep sleeping, which is the issue cuz she hasn't learnt to roll Over from her tummy to her back, so whenever she gets tired of sleeping on her tummy and wants to turn, she'd wake up and cry. I feel like her cot doesn't really give her enough space to sleep as she'd want to and I can't put her on our bed cuz it's not too big and she sleeps scatter-scatter. I can't lay her horizontally across her cot cuz she's tall and won't fit. I'm out of options here, I miss good sleep. We use a graco playpen and it's quite big but apparently it's not big enough for her. dunno what else to do biko. Anyone else ever been in my shoes.

That is how I kept eating Yam and gained 12kg. No twins.

I studied estate management too, assessed as a valuer and got a positive assessment. Since you are younger than Oga, I would advise you become the principal.

What I am not sure of is if the change of job role will affect your chances of getting a positive assessment. The Gurus will advise you better on that.
