fisaylab:so i should type my cousin and her husband's phone no here? Or i should give their names or address to you? Or i should wait till the newspapers publish it before i can alert the forum? subsidy is underway for common sense. |
Phone calls reaching me from Maiduguri indicates that the North Eastern town in Nigeria is under heavy artillery attack this early hour of Tuesday morning. Residents do not know where to run to. The attacks are coming from the dreaded Boko haram insurgents using rocket launches on a moving vehicle (they use generator to power the launcher). Please, lets pray for the residents. Mods, pls don't wait to be directed to do the needful. |

Jkyoung:Did you pass your regional geography exam at all? What do you know about Benue or middle belt? I don't blame you. It's your type that will confound ethnicity with religion. Afrika Majik channel has damaged a lot of brains in Nigeria |

where are the pishurs? |
@OP, thanks for the info. But how and where can we get this tool? I have been scammed into buying several china scan tools that never worked. Where can one get a genuine version? |
Jaypea98:He is a lawyer. |
Election is bad in Mosoga, Delta state. I was forced to thumb print for a party under heavy threat and intimidation |
This would have made front page if you had attached the document or copy-pasted it here. |
I am not a vehicle electrician but to a large extent i will agree with Autosbay. I had a similar problem and what my electrician did was to change/fix the temperature relay (N500). The compressor no longer shuts down arbitrarily again. |
In Delta state, these ticket/sticker touts are found at designated places till now. I advise anyone with business intentions to steer clear from Ethiope West, especially a town called Mosogar, else these touts will rough-handle you. |
Pls, always strive to paste full news here and not a link re-directing us to another site. In fact, i don't hit any link when the news isn't posted here for all to read and comment. Do the needful. |
I can bet N1,000 that is cable-operated. This issue usually arises after roadside mechanics change the clutch plate. Most likely, it won't be any master cylinder issue. it occurs whenever the clutch pedal is depressed for over one minute and above. It hangs and will only return when pulled with the leg or when you get to the engine and pull up the cable. Get a good mechanic and he retrofits a cylindrical pad on the clutch cable and problem is solved. Shikena! You hold the knife and the yam. |
It's a familiar problem. don't be deceived by any mechanic into buying clutch cable or any part. Tell the mechanic to put a padding on the clutch cable. He should use a thick ring pad on the end of the clutch pad. If the padding is not thick enough, the problem will resume after a few days. I will send you picture of what i am explaining |
And finally we shall have genuine workshops that will re-fit our thermostat back. Bye bye to the roadies |
pls, whom did he contest with and how many votes did each of the candidates pool? |
BENUE: Terhemen Tarzoor won the gubernatorial primary under PDP. |
Master, u for post the pishur for us to see na |
dem no want make naija sell petrol again abi? Dem wan starve arabs and nigerians of funds |
CityNG:Oh yes, roadside rewires, by default, always connect car fans to be constantly running. this process they cannot reverse. More reasons why we urge u guys to come establish decent garages here in naija. |
AutosBay:Oh yes, Autosbay won the day. it is surely the coolant sending unit sensor that got soaked with muddy waters and thereby created partial contact. The roadsider got the entire unit soaked in water containing detergent (i was scared the unit will be damaged) and got it thoroughly washed and sunned. The fans and the airconditioner have started behaving normal now. In all, the roadsider rewire collected N800 from me. Thanks to all NLanders for the info.

Its ur gear selector. Take it to any competent roadside mechie and ask him to fix ur gear selector Clue: it is fixed from under the car and not from the gear lever inside the car |

the raditor fan blows at a very slow speed when the engine is off but never switches off. we had to remove one of the battery's terminals b4 it went off. NB: the fan was still running even when we removed fuse 19 controlling the radiator fan |
Its a 1996 VW vento. yes, the roadside rewires did some magic on the thermostat and the car starts with the fan running (with or without ac)n yes, the fan runs all through for 2 hours or even more (after the engine has been shut down and has cooled off completely). The vehicle's ECU was swapped some weeks back but all had been okay except for this new development. Now, the fan hardly comes on when the AC is put on (it comes on and off arbitrarily and without any protocol). I suspect a bad relay or the coolant sensor (the roadside rewires will still feast on us again) |
HELP! I drove a friend's car and when i came to a stop, i discovered that the radiator fans are misbehaving. they are constantly running even when i off the ignition. this is bad. |
RIP brave soldier. You shall never hear any disturbing gunshot again. Question: What currency do boko haramites use in their captured territories? is it our Nigerian naira or Boko riyal? |
icemann:guy, do u know the meaning of the word 'dwindling'? |
Those thugs in Edo called "Oshiomole police" are vampires. They are selective in their extortion. If your plate number is not carrying Edo state and you cannot speak Bini or Ishan, u die well. They will take you to their office along Sapele Road (b4 high court), deflate your tyres and then give you all sorts of outrageous charges. I love Oshiomole but this is one of his worst creations ever! |
@CityNG, abeg when will your Autel Maxiscan 509 scanners be available in Nigeria? |
I would have loved to make my contributions but fear of rebuttal from my lords Siena, CityNG and Ikenna. After dem comment finish, i go tel u how far |
