The CBN never said naira swap but redesign. What that means is that you are not getting the same quantity of notes you are returning. You are expected to use electronic channels and reduce use of physical cash
kokoA: Must everything be about politics? Our economy has almost collapsed completely under this Emefiele of a man. If this doesn't worry you then I'm scared for you.
Economy is made up of fiscal and monetary authorities. cBN only responsible for monetary, it is not queer to you that in all these jabs the Minister of Finance Zainab in charge of fiscal has never been mentioned. During Iwealas time where you even hearing anything of the CBN Governor I guess a lot of us never understand the politics and keep supporting nonsense
sijibomi33: Brought up by Deeperlifer, graduated as a biochemist, with the indoctrination of the church, waiting for the marriage committee to sanction a relationship even when am yet to speak to the lady in question understandably because I dont wanna go against church rules... my fear is, its unheard of!! No relationship at 35 and isn't this ABNORMAL
As one believer to another. Where is it written than church has to sanction a relationship. Typically when you find a spouse you go for marriage counseling before marriage to be guided.
Pls note we are on our way to heaven and Jesus is the captain. While we belong to various denominations we must focus on what the Bible says and Jesus. I am a winner but recently I have taken time to listen to Apostle Joshua Selman which has illuminated my Christian journey listen to link below
SirRoberto: I am surprised that the Federal Government of Nigeria is yet to make an official statement concerning the public holiday it declared for our Muslim brothers and sisters which fell into the last day of fasting.
My worry now is that if our Muslim brothers and sisters have to observe the 2 days Salah break, won't it affect those going to work on friday if friday isn't declared a public holiday.
I think the federal government should make a statement to avoid organizations, that may sanction their workers who are muslims that won't show up for work on Friday, not to look like they are religiously bias.
If the two days of public holidays still remains Wednesday and Thursday, the government should affirm it but if not. They should officially declare it so.
What do we think?
You rested yesterday, and celebrated sallah today. You have your 2 days. Go to work tomorrow
davonlee: For about 1-2 months, I've been experiencing rectal discharge (a lump above my anus which brings out bloody mucur), constant weakness and pain in my abdominal area. Initially, I thought it was a disease called Hemorrhoids, because the symptoms are exactly the same, and I never imagined this could happen to me. Two nights ago, my stool was filled with dark red blood; so I had to quickly inform my parents. They advised I go for a full scale test. To cut the story short, I've been diagnosed with stage 1 colon cancer. I really need your prayers.
No one can pray for you like you

But I think we owe them gratitude for their philanthropy in Africa
Think as Africans we need to employ more logical thinking when all these conspiracy theories get thrown around. My Bishops faith is not synonymous with stupidity or laziness. Most people would believe conspiracy theories because they make every sound mystic and they equate that with spirituality.
Why is government not thinking smart. If you already have their account numbers, you can ask the DMBs or CBN to assist re-engineering and obtain the needed BVN and you do your analysis and bring out the reports. You don’t need this circus.
AIT1: I'm starting to have a rethink as regards this Covid19 cases in Nigeria. It is either the government is over- reporting or under-reporting this cases. I'm not convinced they are sincere with the figures, I might be wrong though.
But this is my take:
The Corona Virus in Nigeria is not as Lethal as we were made to believe. The late Abba Kyari came back to Nigeria March 14 and was diagnosed of the disease March 24, he attended several conferences, APC meetings and also led a delegation to the Kogi state Governor to greet him for the demise of his Mother amongst other things he did Within the 10 days.
Now, no single person was infected by the Late COS from the records, and the only record we have of someone infecting another person is Atiku son that infected the Bauchi Governor.
Hence, I believe all this hullabaloo about the spread of the disease here is weak. We've been on lockdown for about 25 days and we have barely tested 10,000 persons. It's obvious the government is not ready to do mass testing and the cases reported kept rising, so of what use is the Lockdown? What's the objectives of the Total Lockdown?
The government just need to devise any other mechanism for curbing this disease; a total lockdown cannot be sustained.
We were told the virus symptoms and it's complications will start showing after 14 days, since we've been at home how many people has fallen ill suddenly or died unexpectedly in each of our areas across the country. All of us sha can never be asymptomatic.
If they want to share the money, they should go and share it, they should leave us to go and continue our hustle. We are not able to sleep at night, vigilante up and down.
My Verdict: The lockdown should be partial, people can move around with facemask and any other thing to protect themselves. Schools, mosques, churches can still hold on. People are broke and hunger is real!
He infected 3 of his staff, el Rufia, Oyo state Governor. Those are the ones I know
Simplyleo: So because Mbaka prophecies come to pass, the Archbishop wants to ban him from preaching? Did Mbaka make it so? No. He only saw it coming and made public what he saw, how is that his fault?
The Archbishop is simply a politician whose interest got rubbished, it wasn't done by Mbaka, so he can go chop shiit.
I don’t think Mbaka saw anything from God, more of spiritual manipulations. Old religious tricks
Ezekiel 22:28-29 The Message (MSG)
26-29 “‘Your priests violated my law and desecrated my holy things. They can’t tell the difference between sacred and secular. They tell people there’s no difference between right and wrong. They’re contemptuous of my holy Sabbaths, profaning me by trying to pull me down to their level. Your politicians are like wolves prowling and killing and rapaciously taking whatever they want. Your preachers cover up for the politicians by pretending to have received visions and special revelations. They say, “This is what God, the Master, says . . .” when God hasn’t said so much as one word. Extortion is rife, robbery is epidemic, the poor and needy are abused, outsiders are kicked around at will, with no access to justice.’
victrick105: What he said is true But isn't it funny that it's coming from kenya I mean as bad as Nigeria is, it's still better than kenya
This is a classic case of when Jesus said "remove the log from your eye before removing the speck from your brothers eye.
Don’t think so. Been to Kenya !! Most areas have light 24/7, lovely weather, lovely people. Their main problem is the neighboring Somalia and the fact that they don’t have a lot of natural resources like Nigeria but me thinks they are doing well within their circumstances
Great. While the FG may be able to pay. I don't think the State Governments can pay. For me i would say instead of just adjusting minimum wage, what should have been done is structural salary adjustment, where the senior staff salary and significantly adjusted. I don't see how i can pay my domestic staff 30K each.
exporters101: Nothing is actually free here. This is business for Google. They've been trying to capture the Nigerian tech market via searches and customer behaviour. These data will help the Nigeria Google company to understand how to run AdWords for Google.com.ng pages.
