Try heating the ugu water before drinking or slice and stir fry before eating. Some people's system can't digest it in the raw form. I had similar situation and was advised by a doctor to do so. Good luck

If its daily you are required every day but there is also a one time contraceptive which is all these postinor which u take immediately after sex but can't be used daily. Like he said, you will just expose yourself to STD and HIV because how sure your partner is faithful. Just use protection during sex and if you can abstain from sex.

I've been having watery and frequent stool for over a month. I stool a minimum of three times a day and its always watery.

I have done Blood test, stool test, Covid-19 test and HIV test and all were negative.

Use skineal. It will clear it in 2 days. That looks like a fungi like skin infection. Skineal is about N600
